BTrain is a personalized fitness and nutrition studio focused on the physical and mental capacity of the human being, the studio uses EMS technology (Electrical muscle stimulation) that will help exercising in an effective, intelligent and efficient manner. This means it works approximately 400 muscles of the body in a session with a time of just 25 minutes, equivalent to several hours of a regularly work out gym. Muscles contract 85 times per second activating the deepest fibers. we also have an in-house nutritionist so our members can have all that they need to achieve their goals focusing on their needs and fulfilling all their expectations.
