First of all, they left my cuticles looking untouched and messy. The polish? Bumpy, uneven, and far from the sleek, glassy finish you'd expect. Then there's the chrome -- which was applied so poorly and sloppily, it's literally peeling off day by day like cheap stickers. I sat there for TWO hours, only to have to come back and waste even more time for a partial correction that still didn't fix the mess. And now, just a few days later, my nails look like I need a whole new set -- already! $100 for what?? Very poor work, very unprofessional, and definitely not worth the price.
