Cisco has been my barber for years and I recently followed him to this location for his services from his last salon. He's truly such a talented barber and I'd recommend him (and have!) to my best friends. Cisco is so consistent and it's always such a nice time and genuinely fun conversation with him as well. I highly recommend getting a haircut by Javan Stone! He never disappoints and is always up to work with all of my fun hair style ideas. Always leave the salon feeling myself. I've been coming to this salon for a full year now. When my original stylist left, I started seeing Olivia--and I truly can't recommend her enough. She's talented, consistent, and such a lovely person to work with. I've always left happy with my hair. That said, I was unpleasantly surprised my most recent visit. I booked a balayage and gloss (which came to $325 before tip), and was told during the appointment that there would be an additional $70 charge if I wanted a blow dry.... like what do you mean you'd let your customers walk out with wet hair????? This completely caught me off guard. I've had the same services in the past and a blow dry was always included--no extra fee. I even checked my confirmation email and the service description, and there was no mention or disclaimer of the extra charge to leave with dry hair. It honestly feels like a cheap money grab, and a bit tasteless. You're spending close to $400, and then expected to either pay even more just to leave with dry hair--or walk out wet, without even seeing the finished result? Meanwhile, a blow dry is included with a haircut, which costs much less. It doesn't make sense. Just to be clear, none of this is a reflection on Olivia--she's amazing. What an experience! Javan chopped off my long hair and I walked out with the most beautiful bob cut. I was amazed by how well he treated me and my hair, it was a full on experience. Mind you I have curly hair! He cut my hair dry and then blow dried it to cut some more when straight and then he washed it and styled it with my natural curls with the most incredible products. Pretty salon, odd experience. Booked a standard appointment for highlights, fixed cost. I've been getting highlights for 10 years, no big deal. Tesler Salon and Adriana (the owner) are what my hair dreams are made of! First off, there's a parking lot with easy parking adjacent to the salon which makes it easy to find parking. When I walked into the salon I immediately felt really warm and peaceful vibes. The playlist she has on sets the right mood for getting your hair done and the salon smells SO good. The salon is gorgeous as can be, clean, and has a lot of natural light. I was greeted by a very sweet receptionist named, Brianna. Within minutes I was taken to a chair where I met Adrianna's assistant, Peri. She let me know Adriana would be with me soon. Adriana is as sweet as can be. She was professional, straightforward, and engaging. Peri was also great and was really gentle when washing out and brushing out my hair. Even their bathroom is gorgeous. The lighting is soft and it is decorated beautifully. Even the hand soap in the bathroom was really high quality and smelled amazing like fresh citrus. Adriana seems to be really invested in the small details knowing they all add up to an incredible experience. Adriana was really thorough in lightening my hair. Her work is meticulous and she gave me exactly what I was hoping for. Her prices are very reasonable for the quality of her work. They did not push me to buy any products, but their selection was so good that I left with two products (a hair serum, and a roll on natural perfume). Update: I appreciate the businesses response here - but when they said they would offer me a refund they only gave me a partial refund. I didn't even want the refund for the tip back - I understood that the tip wouldn't be refunded. But they only refunded me for the highlights, not the gloss. And when I contacted them again asking why they didn't give me a full refund - they ghosted me. Also - they have interns that step in and help with the bleach process. I don't have hair left, and I'll have to just wait until it grows back because of the blunder the business made and they couldn't even give me a full refund - they just ghosted me. Pretty disgusting. Considering hair is part of what I do for work - they're lucky I just let it go and didn't do anything further. Also - take a look at their instagram, you'll even see most of their clients who have bleached their hair - the hair looks FRIED. Be careful, and I don't say that lightly.
