I am a new mother I have a two month old at home and I specifically made time for this appointment, I can't just get up and go when ever I want. So the day of the appointment came and I get to the salon and I'm greeted by who I believe is the owner and she asks me what kind of deal I bought and I show her the Groupon and she tells me that the prices were wrong and it's more money, that price wouldn't even cover her product that her product is very expensive and won't damage my hair. We went back and forth about it because I felt like it's not my fault the wrong price was advertised she should honor it and take it up with Groupon not me. She wanted $50 more, I thought it over and agreed to pay the extra because I had already left my baby and made time for this appointment I didn't wanna waste my time. They did the highlights color is nice but after the hair cut he didn't put any product in my hair when he was styling so now my hair is damaged it's only been a week and my hair is crunchy and has splitends keep in mind they cut about half of my hair length off so it should all be healthy hair. And her so called expensive product wouldn't damage my hair, yeah right! And also the highlights are sooo far away from my scalp it looks like I had my hair done over a month ago. I went here back in March and at the time I requested for a color correction Ruzanna did the color correction and I was okay with it but my roots were left orange. She started she was not able to get them lighter because according to her my hair couldn't take it. I let this go and didn't notice the crown breakage that started but I had taken a picture that day and you can see how it had started . I went again in May with Ruzzana and once again was left with orange roots and more crown breakage this time more hair fell out. This time it was extremely noticeable. I had to cut off most of my hair because the fall out would not stop. It is now July and my hair finally stopped breaking. The entire back of my hair is 2inches long and I can't even hide it with braids. I have cried for months about this and had to cut my hair in a bob. I have spent so much money on treatments like k-18 and even bought a shower filter. I am now resorting to buying wigs because the hair is completely unfixable. I am beyond upset about this and I hope if you are white blonde you avoid this place. I had done ghost roots so that I wouldn't damage my hair. This was supposed to be the color of my hair for my wedding in September of next year. I highly doubt I'll be able to grow it back to the length I had it above my boobs by then but I hope this serves as a warning to others who have dark hair who are trying to go to white blonde with someone who doesn't know how to do it properly. I will likely have to cut the rest of my hair off because the breakage is so bad and my hair is completely uneven.
