Not fancy at all upon walking in. Service counter with laminated menus on the counter with a friendly young lady willing to assist. I tried to bring up our past orders since hubby and I really enjoy two items on their menu but was unable to find the El Pastor meat in the printed menu, was in-line when we ordered in the fall. Might be seasonal. Ordering was easy and were told it would take 10 minutes to prepare. We wanted to share some of our history as a couple with our son, so we left for a quick drive while our food cooked. They have a nice sitting area for dining in but we knew we'd be taking it to go. Ready and packaged nicely we headed home. After a 30 minute drive the food was still relatively hot. Again, salad and burrito were fabulous as was my son's meal. Ordered the Churros for dessert which came with chocolate and caramel dipping sauces. None were needed, crispy/ crunchy on outside and slightly chewy on the inside.

We ordered take out this past Sunday and I ordered the taco salad and a side of the veggies. I added them to the salad and it was spectacular!! They are perfectly cooked and garlicky. They went so good right on my salad...which was huge and packaged in a very nice resealable plastic bowl. Crispy and fresh! The food was packaged very well and it was still hot when we got home 20 min away. There are not very many resteraunts available these days that are like this but still completely affordable for local folks.

The mole however, was not very good. The mole was liquidy and the chicken was dry. Overall, I think this place is more for fun busy nights where you just drink and apps.
