That's the last time any staff acknowledges us. Thirty minutes later, no nachos. We finally get a barback's attention. He runs to get someone. Forty-five minutes later, and I'm pretty sure our order went out with some DoorDash driver. What I am sure of is that we're never getting our nachos. We ask for our check. No delay getting that in front of us. No explanation or apologies. No manager as far as I could tell. We pay for our drinks, and leave. I head down the block to get get two slices of cheese pizza. The food here has always been good. The service until now had been great, at worst adequate. I don't know what happened here. A dropped order isn't a new thing. Maybe an inexperienced manager who got overwhelmed. Maybe they're prioritizing to go orders. This was one of the best restaurants on Elm St. Looks like those days are over. Go for lunch.
