Amaylee provided the kind of service that is becoming hard to find. She was professional, friendly, attentive, confident, and genuinely cared about our experience. She made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down and stayed engaged throughout the entire meal. She anticipated what we needed before we had to ask, kept our drinks filled, checked on our food, and made sure every detail was right. She was attentive without hovering and friendly without ever losing her professionalism. The food was excellent--fresh, hot, flavorful, and prepared exactly as expected. But great food can be found in many places. Exceptional people are what make customers remember a restaurant and want to return. Amaylee is one of those people. She understands something very important about customer service: people may come for the food, but they return because of how they were treated. Her attitude, work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality reflected extremely well on Bubba's 33. If management is looking for an example of what outstanding service should look like, Amaylee Stitt is that example. This was not simply good service. I got my order to go. I decided on a smash burger with aside of macaroni and cheese. The smashed burger was so, so at best. It really could have used some seasoning, salt pepper at a minimum. The Mac and cheese was HORRIBLE. It was very bland, dry and next to no cheese. I also ordered the lasagna. I'm saving that for tomorrow's lunch. I'll update you in a future post. read more

We stopped here based on our family, having the opportunity to dine in here in the past and let me say it was a nice place to stop and have dinner. If you are a sports fan, they have 1 million TVs everywhere inside so you will not miss your game that you're watching . Everything inside looked really, really clean and well presented and they have all kind of sports stuff hanging on the walls and it's really really cool . Our service was outstanding. A very nice lady took care of us welcomed us, gave us our menus and explained a lot of the features that they are known for and she was also very attentive for our drinks, which is very nice. We ordered some appetizers and burger, burgers, a child's pizza, some fish and wings and everything came out hot and well presented . Awesome sports bar with a big drink menu, lots of drafts beer options and a good menu of typical bar food. Service was really good, very friendly and helpful. Usually the 6 of us love to go to Bubbas. Recently our experience was not great. Our waitress was ill informed of how to handle the Bubbas donation share that was set up right at the front door. The waitress knew nothing about it. We attempted to use appetizer coupons that we had and the waitress told us that the computer system was not accepting the coupons which was not our fault. They did not expire til the end of the year. Next we tried to order several of the beers that were on special to find out that they were out. How can you be out of Miller Lite? Then there was some kind of mystery charge on our tickets that once we inquired about was removed. We may not be back for a while. Used to go once a week. read more

Staff was amazing. Came alone as my wife is out of town. Solo dining is sad. Staff treated me like family. I asked a passing staff member for a spoon. While she was retrieving it my waitress arrived and asked to get anything. Told her a spoon and also told her that I had asked another for a spoon. While she was getting it the staff member returned and provided me with a plastic set up rather than zero. Her name was Katie. Told her that the waitress was getting me a spoon. Grabbed a bite today from this establishment. It simply reminded me of a sports bar/Green Turtle type of venue. Relaxed, big screen TVs, a nice vibe. Sat on the bar side at a high top table. Our server, Gabi was pleasant and nice. Food/drink weee good. I ordered a Cobb salad which was fresh and filling along with my usual classic margarita. We were in Raeford North Carolina last weekend to visit family. It was a rainy weekend, so on Saturday we decided to do some running around just to get out of the house. After we did some shopping, my son suggested that we stop here for dinner and we are so glad that we did. We had a very nice experience, our waitress was very nice answered all of our questions and was very attentive to our needs the atmosphere there is laid-back, football was on, and was just a nice place to relax and have dinner. All of our food was very good And came out pretty promptly. Our appetizers were out very quickly and then our dinners to follow, they were quite busy, so it was very understandable that we waited just a little bit of time, not much time we were fine, just sitting and relaxing. My wife and I want to stop somewhere different while visiting the Fort Bragg area, so after reviewing yelp we decided on Bubba's 33. The place was fairly packed with a good percentage of service members present. It's always good seeing our protectors out and about enjoying themselves! My wife and I decided to sit at the bar. We ordered adult beverages. Unfortunately, they did not have any bitter so I decided on there old-fashioned. After review and a little bit of consultation with the bartender, we decided on the buffalo chicken pizza without the hot sauce and a salmon salad. The salmon was done well, but tasty and the salad was huge! My wife liked their buffalo chicken pizza as well. The slice I had was pretty darn good! We truly enjoyed the atmosphere there as well! I am highly disappointed in Bubba's! This is the about the third time they have failed to come thru for my school, resulting in not wanting to continue eating in their establishment or trying to do marketing business with them on behalf of my school and church. I attended the 26-27 Teachers back to school luncheon in early August, spoke with Victoria personally to request cookies and brownies for open house for my school. She wrote my name down and I sent a follow up email on August 17th to remind her of the request for open house as well as coupons for teachers, staff, and students to kick off the school year. I received absolutely NOTHING! No response to my email or phone call to confirm or deny what we spoke about could not be done. Its as though my request was not even considered. Previously I've had issues requesting salad and bread and given the green light, and when a representative from the school went to pick it up, it was stated that the school never requested the donation. I am unsure where the communication gap falls, but as a educator that has been dealing with the Texas Roadhouse chain and Bubba's when the previous marketing manager was there, I've never had any issue. I used to frequent Bubbas 33 with my colleagues and friends, but after several mishaps on the business end, it makes me go a different route when choosing a place to dine. Beyond disappointed . I wish they would do better. Besides giving my email, contact number and coming in the store personally, I am completely lost on how to conduct business with Bubbas for my school and church. Trying not to take the constant mistakes personally, however its extremely hard to overlook. When we pulled up it wasn't busy as we anticipated given it's the playoffs. We were seated right away. We ordered our drinks and one glass was dirty. We informed the waitress and she said "oh it's on the outside." We all looked at her in disbelief. My husband had to explain to her why the glass needed to be replaced. One person in our party's order was wrong so we asked for it to be corrected. The waitress stated, "I rang it in correctly." This is our first time trying Bubba's and we are definitely coming back!! For an appetizer we got the garlic knots and my goodness they were SO good. We even got some to-go! Bubba's isn't the type of place I'd normally go but it was by the hotel. When you walk in, it is loud. As it was busy I took a seat at the bar. The bar tenders were friendly. There are tvs on the perimeter so you can watch all the sports you want. I went with the Hawaiian pizza as I hadn't had that in a while and was told Bubba's was known for its pizza. I always check Yelp for restaurant ideas anytime we head out of town which led me to Bubba's 33 after my husband saw the food photos. When we first got there I saw the Carrabba's across the street and tried to convince my husband that we could totally have Italian 2 nights in a row, but I'm super glad he didn't change his mind. Walking in and trying to figure out the hostess stand was a little confusing, but we were sent in the right direction and were sat in a comfortable booth. Being a sports bar the music was loud and there were TVs everywhere (not really date night ready restaurant) but if my husband wanted it so he didn't have room talk to me for our date night he got his wish lol. The waitress wasn't very attentive and she was hard to hear in the loud bar. I ended up drinking 2 of the 10 oz $4.50 margaritas, the watermelon one was delicious and refreshing and the mango one was just ok. Not super strong but I guess that's what you get for that price point. I ordered the super Stromboli and it made up for everything else. The Stromboli was layers upon layers of flavor all the way from the mouthwatering dough to each layer of the meats inside, the garlic butter flavoring the crust, plus the sprinkling of Parmesan over the top. Seasoned and fried to perfection is the best way to describe these pickles. They are great with ranch but the remoulade that came with it as well was way better. Entrees: I opted for the shrimp poboy and it was good. I would suggest more of the spicy cream sauce either on the shrimp or the bun. There is so much bread that it needs a coating of something in my opinion. Drink. I order the pink lady (not pictured) for a $5.99 drink it was really good. Seconds after stepping inside, we were directed to a booth; a minute later, our server, Britt, introduced herself. She's friendly, attentive, and the only time her smile left her face was when I tried maneuvering the large, hot pizza. We are the wings with mild sauce and all ordered the Classic Cheeseburger. Everything was cooked well, came out hot, and tasted great. This is a veteran friendly restaurant too. Passing through Fayetteville and stopped at Bubba's which is a sister restaurant to Texas Roadhouse. The restaurant is loud, it was difficult to talk but the vibe is good. They have a FANTASTIC cocktail menu but because we were getting back on the road I had to pass! But I really did want one of those margaritas!!!! Sunday, we ordered nachos and a grilled chicken salad. The salad was on par with the other area restaurants....but the nachos were AWFUL! It was a pickup order, so not sure who prepared the nachos but they were greasy, oily, stuck together, and barely warm. My guess is they had been sitting under a "warming lamp" for to long. This was a smash Burger. Idk why i was thinking of some huge ass Burger for some reason. It was ok a bit salty used ranch to mask the saltiness. Tbh this was about $14 and some change but after my military discount it came to $12 and some change. Idk if this was worth the price. For $12 I can go to Wendy's and get 2 fo for fo's.
