WARNINGN!!! First visit
I visited this establishment today August 22, 2021 at 5:40 pm . I was extremely disappointed. My son has been asking me for bubble tea for 3 months now. So, I decided to treat him today. I walked in to this business, there was an Asian lady by the name of Jesse (if that's her real name) who is also the manager by the way, she did not greet us. As I was asking questions and trying to think about what to order, my son and friend of mine thinking about what to order, she was rudely making faces and seemed impatient because we didn't know what we wanted. My friend asked for items but they were out of what he wanted. She starts to write his order on the cup and by the time she is getting ready to take my son's order I politely ask, ma'am can you please not put your hand around the brim of our cups please? Her rude response was "this is how I hold the cup to write on the cups." I said yea, but your hands aren't clean and given the coronavirus is running rampant again, we may put our mouth on the cup. She rudely exclaims, you not going to put your mouth on the cup, the top is sealed, and this is how I write on the cup." I said I'm going to ask again politely, can you please not put your hand on the brim of the cup? She rudely again stated, this is how I teach my employees to write on the cups and this is how I write on the cup."
Now this is what I want everyone to pay attention to. The coronavirus is running rampant again, it is Real, it is Serious. This lady is operating the computer register, dealing with money, and not washing her hands in between transactions, nor wearing gloves when making beverages or touching the cups. I am patronizing your business and you deny me a safe, respectful, polite, and welcoming experience by being rude and denying my request to keep me and my family safe. I did not order anything, but my son and friend did. Then, I requested my friend to ask for his money back when I saw the lady going to the back to make their beverages. People are evil for no reason. I didn't know what she was going to do to their drinks. So, he asked for his money back and we left.
I hope you all take heed to this review. We have to learn as a people to stop supporting businesses that do not treat us fairly, do not honor our request and we are spending our money, do not make us feel welcomed and respected, and do not protect us during this life or death crisis we are going through almost two years now.

The really shocking thing was that I have never known Asians to be so rude and disrespectful being as their culture is based around respect, but then again, it may only be to respect their own people and not African Americans.
This was an extremely disappointing experience. I wish they had a corporate number I can call or someone I can talk to about this lady. She definitely does not need to work with people. She only needs to be in the back making the beverages. And she should not be in a management position at all.
Oh yea, $3 for a (1) small macaroon cookie. I can get a full package of cookies for $3 or less. Not worth it, so did not get to try it. read more
