The best Vietnamese sandwich in town!!! 10/10! The staff are so friendly and helpful! The drinks are fantastic! Very cozy atmosphere

Mozzerella sticks, Ube coffee latte with brown sugar tapioca boba and Black Milk Tea tapioca boba

Amazing! Love that both times I've come the boba is always soft, warm and fresh! Delicious, very sweet customer service and they have a lot of area to sit and hang out. Very peaceful and aesthetically pleasing

This has become my favorite spots by the house. Open on the weekends, and walkable in the central gardens area. Definitely cute aesthetic. Love that there are so many places to sit and get work done. I ordered wings and fries the first time. Fries were seasoned very well. Wings sauce was good, a little too much breading, but flavor was great. Second time came for a Vietnamese coffee, & tried it hot instead of iced for the first time; was yummy! Paired it with a delicious warm bubble waffle! Great Sunday breakfast! Got a chicken meatball banh mi, to go, for dinner - Delicious as well! They have the menu of restaurant next door too if you're looking for more savory Asian items. Service was great. Ran out of some products, but gave good suggestions for others, and had great customer service. Will be a regular!

Getting on their feet, it's a really cute spot. They have one of those electronic ordering kiosks. I'm not a huge fan of those, seems impersonal, but makes sure you get what you ordered. The interior is cute and they have a variety of add ons for their teas.

Great boba! I got the passion fruit and pineapple it was sooo good! They have plenty of other options too! I will be back to try the food! This place is also very big!! Def a place to work from home! They have multiple sitting places up stairs and downstairs! The owner is really nice and friendly! The service is great I will def be back!

I love this place! It's a new coffeehouse located in Midtown Memphis that serves delicious Vietnamese bites and various drinks. The drinks include milk tea bobas, fruit teas, smoothies, Vietnamese coffee (iced/hot), etc. The foods include delicious Vietnamese Banh Mi, egg rolls, wings, spring rolls, popcorn chicken, edamame, etc. Their full menu is on their website. The service is amazing! It is a Vietnamese owned coffeehouse. The owner is very friendly and fun to interact with. His wife makes the little desserts fresh daily. The other workers are kind and helpful, as well. This place is a two story house turned into cafe, so it has plenty of seating upstairs and clean bathrooms. As a Vietnamese person coming from CA, these are the best boba drinks and banh mi that I've had in the area! Something to note, the tapioca is perfectly chewy and not hard like some places. The banh mi bread is crispy and warm, just perfect. (: So far, we've had: - Thai Tea w Tapioca (great and creamy) - Mango Green Tea w Tapioca (awesome 5/5!) - Jasmine Green Milk Tea w Tapioca (my fav) - Chicken wings (delicious) - Banh Mi (Grilled pork & Char Siu) 5/5 - my fav was grilled pork **Plenty of parking in the back

Had a great experience at this tea house. The service was friendly, and the Vietnamese cuisine didn't disappoint. I ordered the grilled pork banh mi (option 2) and grilled chicken skewers--both were really good. The sauce on the vegetables in the banh mi was especially tasty and tied everything together perfectly. I also tried the Fruitea with mango boba, which was refreshing and just the right amount of sweet. I'm looking forward to coming back to try more of the menu, especially the lychee fruitea next time. I know it's a tea house but I the entree menu is really putting this place on the map for me. Cam on for the great food and service!

Day 1: customer service was awesome, nice and clean environment and welcoming faces and people in the inside! The power outage did suck the fun out of things but that mango+ peach tea I had changed things for me luckily DAY 2!! FYE‍I finally got a chance to try that mango smoothie...that's gotta be my favorite so far!!And no thanks to the power outage yesterday, I finally got a chance to really see the pretty lights and everything inside the place really helps world building alongside other beautiful decor in there. Also sidebar, the patio outside is so COOL! I never really have a reason to take my breaks at work but...now maybe a different story altogether now lol customer service is still 10/10!!And the guy at the counter is probably one of my fav people to see In There so farhe's cool too!

The coziest spot in Memphis hands down! It's a great spot to have a tea and a snack and chill, or work. Perfect Boba tea- and I was able to easily ask for non dairy option, and 1/2 sweet . The vegetarian tofu bahn mi was bomb!

We had an iced latte and a hot latte with almond milk. They have oat and almond in addition to regular milk (no soy or coconut). Also had chicken wings (naked, served with ketchup packets) and an excellent Banh Mi, which came with sauce separately. Wings came out first, hot latte took awhile. Cute spot, worth a visit! Lots of fancy tea options. Decent parking in back.

Americano coffee and shrimp spring roll. Upstairs view of midtown.

It's a comforting embrace on your dehydration from partying the night before. It's the gentle kiss of the sunlight on the first spring day. It's the caress of the lover that got away. Today I needed food to hit my soul. I've had a lot going on and sometimes it's hard to find that special dish that will make your day. This bowl gave me hope and vitality. What a lovely and well seasoned experience. I don't write reviews often but this experience hit different. Please be kind to restaurant staff. Food tastes better when you have a good heart.

The broth has a slightly sweet flavor that I personally really enjoy. Their salted lemonade is really fresh and refreshing, it's a must-order every time I visit! My only complaint is the portion size. The bowls are a bit small. As a female, I need to order a large to feel full. Most males may probably want to order an appetizer or another dish on the side. Service is pretty much the same as it was at the old Vietnamese Restaurant, minimal and not particularly attentive. Overall, the food keeps me coming back, especially the pho and salted lemonade. Four stars.

The stone bowl pho was amazing--the broth was incredibly smooth, clean, and natural-tasting, and the meatballs were flavorful and delicious. The Bun Cha Hanoi felt like an upgraded version of vermicelli dishes, with a tasty and flavorful soup on the side. Definitely a place we keep coming back to.

This is the best Vietnamese food I've had in a very very long time. The pan fried X-wide rice noodles is to die for and the spicy lemongrass tofu can't be beat.
