Cleans car nicely, maybe bring a towel for your rims afterwards. I vacuumed up my keys once and the workers were all over it and retrieved them for me quickly. Try not to vacuum up your keys though. Went here today for the first time, and I thought the the vacuums and the wash were great... Unfortunately, I was motioned by one of the workers to shift towards the driver side/left more, and both of my driver side wheels were damaged by the guardrail, hence the two stars. I would not recommend this place to anyone who has low-profile tires, as the guardrails will damage your vehicle. read more

The machines do not accept American Express, even though they say they do. You'll find yourself trapped in the line of cars unable to process your payment. The first time this happened they sent me through and had me pay inside afterward. It took about 15 minutes and a call to Amex to get it straightened out. I forgot about that and went back today. Same problem. I didn't have time to deal with it inside, so the attendant let me out. The people are nice- attendants are kind and the manager is super helpful. So I tried this new car wash today. I think overall it did a good job, however, I should have looked closer and brought in a Micro fiber towel to dry some areas. After I arrived home, I noticed there were dried soapy water spots on the lower half of the side of my truck. I will use this car wash again but bring a drying towel. A car wash that actually washes your car. I've seen reviews not happy but most of the ones I've seen are commercial vehicles that shouldn't be there in the first place. I have a 2020 F250 4X4 and while I consider it big it's fine in the wash with zero scratches or damage. I have a yearly membership and use it at least weekly. The vacuums could use a little more suction power but all in all a great place for a trouble free worthwhile wash. read more

I pay about $32 a month with tax for their best car wash. I'm very happy. I've been a customer for about a year. With their best (Betsy) car wash plan, you get a free air freshener I think once a month. You do have to vacuum your own car but they have plenty of vacuums. And for $32 a month and you can wash your car everyday.... that's a great deal. The staff is very professional and friendly. I high recommend this place. read more

I love Bubble Down! It's super close to me, and the unlimited plan is an amazing value! Even at its most expensive (for the Besty unlimited wash), you're paying about $32 after taxes, and you can wash as much as you want each month, compared to paying $18 for a single one. I'm amazed it took me so long to get a membership, but I'm so glad I did! The wash always does a great job on my Accord, and I can't recommend the place enough! read more

My expectations were definitely not met on my visit today! I decided it was about time to remove the love bugs from my car because I heard they can stain your paint job. The overall concept of bubble down is genius and I really enjoyed the wash even though it didn't remove the love bugs, I was able to clean my Mats and vacuum up to my expectations! NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. One night I went to pull in to get my car washed *2 hours before closing*. They had an unflagged, black chain blocking the side entrance i usually use. It was dark and i pulled in. This resulted in $4,000 of damage to my car. Manager said they would take care of it and assured me that i would not pay a penny. Now, a month and 2 estimates later, I am being denied any help what so ever. They have even accused it of being my fault even though they took the time to cover there ass and flag the chain that they just so happen "didn't get around to" flag before. Wow, surprised how well of an automatic car wash this place is. I had been putting off washing my car for the last two months, outside and inside! **GASP** So my baby really needed a good deep clean. I went for the "Besty" ($18) wash, which listed a bunch of stuff that sounded good for my car, like triple shine wax, bubble bath, bee's knees hot wax, rain guard, and buff n' shine. And then, don't forget to make a left at the end of your wash for access to the free vacuums available. It was pretty busy for a Monday afternoon, but it was organized and the line went very quickly, especially since I was in the car wash for what felt like forever! I really liked how organized the vacuuming area was, and how they have two different vacuum suction parts to get a smaller surface area, like crumbs or hard to reach places, and a wider nozzle for a larger surface area. A few people mentioned they had some soap spots / residue leftover, but I really didn't see any on my car, so I don't know if they did a different package, maybe? There's 3 Wash Packages, the basic being the "Thrifty," ($7) and the second tier being the "Nifty" ($15) which includes everything on the Thrifty package PLUS wheelie clean, tire shine, spiffy shield, sealer wax, and spot free rinse. And the Queen of these packages is the "Besty" ($18) wash, which is everything I mentioned, woohoo! They also have monthly unlimited packages for each tier I mentioned, and their website is accurate on all prices and details of their location. I'm really glad I found this place! Hands down, THE BEST car wash in Florida. Amazing management and staff. Always fun to go through with all the colored bubbles and being able to find a vacuum slot asap makes it all worth it. Welp if you are not interested in vacuuming your own car I would not recommend. I'm in decent shape and vacuuming a SUV in 90 degrees is not a party. They not only helped me push my car to a safe spot, they helped me fix up my engine and went above and beyond any expectations I could have had. I stopped to check out this place and spoke with Brandon, the supervisor. I asked him if I could try the Besty and then apply the amount I paid toward a monthly membership if I liked it. Instead, he offered me a free Besty to try it out. So I took him up on the offer and liked what I got. Would a hand wash get into more detail? Sure. It also would also get into more money and time. I'm more inclined to keep my car clean with a nice wax on it without breaking the bank and having to make appointments, etc. The Besty monthly plan is the ticket for me. It costs $32 a month, including the tax, and it's convenient enough for me to go once a week, more often if needed. That works out to $8 (or less) per wash. I'll take it. read more

I LOVE this car wash! I am usually NOT a fan of automatic car washes but I went when they first opened and was amazed at how well it cleaned my car! The most expensive monthly plan is less than $30 bucks which literally pays for itself if you only go two times in one month with the "Besty" wash. My favorite part of the wash is how it wipes off all of the water at the end...no water spots! It's got a super cool retro design and free vacuums that actually work too. One of the best car wash shops in Tampa, probably. I only wished there were more than just three options of a car wash: $7, $15, and $18. Also, it would be much better for the customer to drive the wheel to the belt conveyor precisely if there was a small mirror. Anyway, its free vacuums are the most potent vacuums I have ever used. Besides, I was impressed with the cool design that we can look into the car wash machine from the outside doing vacuum. This car wash did an outstanding job cleaning the exterior of my car! But be careful if you turn in at the Bubble Down sign at Tire Kingdom. The lot between Tire Kingdom and Bubble Down is higher and you can't see the drop off. I screwed up my bumper . Maybe Bubble Down can put up a rope or something to indicate it's not a safe way to get to their car wash. read more

I tried this car wash today for the first time. My car had multiple brown spots from being parked under some trees. After the wash some of the spots still remained in the car. As I was examining those (and making unsatisfied face) the manager came to me and asked if everything was okey. After I pointed out remaining stops, he offered me a rewash. As they were pouring water and soap on the car prior its going into automatic wash tunnel they paid extra attention to the roof and trunk as it's where most of the spots were. After the rewash there were still some spots left so the manager came in with a microfiber towel and a cleaning foam and removed all the spots manually. Wash is pretty good but buyers should know that the Unlimited memberships actually are capped at once per day. During love bug season that's an issue. The answer from ownership shouldn't be "Buy more washes." The answer should be promise what you're advertising or change the offer to what it really is...One Car Wash Per Day for X Dollars. Best Car Wash in the Tampa Bay Area.

I have the monthly plan for the full service wash. Recently I noticed that on the final portion of the wash, the "Dryoff big roller brush" seemed to be coming in at a lower angle than normal. when it got to my front glass it actually took the driver windshield wiper and forced it out of the gear making it sit very high on the glass. I called the manager out right away and he attempted to fix it by taking it off an putting it back on in a lower place on the window. I noticed the day after when it started to rain the wiper was going past the glass so the wiper is still not on the correct setting gear.I have an F150 truck which is pure stock and no alterations have been made to it. I wonder if there are different settings for trucks and cars. I have used the wash at least 5-6 times prior to this and all was fine. I do hope gear was not damaged or stripped. read more

AWFUL SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE MANAGEMENT! After requesting a refund due to the vacuums being closed and an extremely rude employee that was flailing her arms up and down as if I am an inconvenience to her and saying "what do you want me to do about it" because I wasn't aware of vacuums being closed because they have no signs indicating so outside until you pay and proceed further to the car mount there is a sign saying "no vacuums". Mind you I was trying to get her attention to come over to exit me from the wash prior to getting on the mount but she wouldnt come over I had to keep driving forward to speak with her. Employee was extremely unprofessional and should not be in any career or job having anything do with customer service. Moving on to the "General Manager"... after 6 minutes of requesting a refund and him arguing with me I was explaining how the employee acted and spoke to me. He said the best he could do is give me a free wash.. now why in the world would I want to go back to a car wash where I was treated so?? He then began to say "sorry you're hard to please and don't like my offer". Eventually he said fine I'll give you your $7 dollars back and began laughing at me. Hope the owner sees this and let's go of both employees but who knows maybe he/she represents his/her business just as awful as they represent them. read more

do not give them a credit card for the monthly wash service! they will charge you even if you cancel! do not fill out the form that they give you with your personal information for the monthly service - within days my spam e-mail was loaded with filthy spam e-mails...the people are friendly, but the expensive wash did not properly clean the car, and most of the vacuums do not have sufficient suction and will not get the interior clean. there are many inexpensive car washes in tampa that do as good of a job of cleaning for much less money. read more
