Adds some crunchy texture and tangy taste to it. Fish and chips: The fish was good, moist and golden crispy. The tsukudani aioli was delicious. A very different aioli sauce. We got an upgrade on the fries and chose the truffle parmesan fries. Good truffle flavor and the fries were thin and crispy. Not enough parmesan on top though. Overall, really enjoyed their foods.
