We tried to open the door at around 8:40a and it was still locked with nobody there yet. Then a worker finally showed up around 8:50a and walked in without even saying a word to us. Mind you we were the only car in the parking lot. I don't expect royalty treatment but a little reassurance would have been nice. We finally walked in and the lady behind the counter was being very passive aggressive and downright rude. The prices on their wall say one thing, but they have their little nitpicking strategies to milk every dollar out of their customers.. The lady that was scheduled to groom our dogs wasn't even there yet and at this point it was 9:00a. So we ended up leaving. And oh what a surprise, they start calling us non stop after we had left because they probably realized they lost 2 customers that will never be coming back. We will go out of our way to find a better experience with nicer people. Our dogs get so scared when going to the groomer, it takes a lot of effort from them because they absolutely hate car rides, and they hate the groomer as well.
