Just went here, they scratched my car and tried to blame it on me. I even heard when they hit my car with the power washer nozzle. I own a 2021 Acura TLX. I know the car like the back of my hand, do you think I wouldn't know if it was already scratched? I also used to own a detail shop in NY so I know all about detail shops, and when I came out of the car wash there was still snow/salt residue on my car. I contacted the owner through Yelp for an appointment last week and me got right back to me with a time and an estimate. I dropped my car yesterday morning and he couldn't have been more professional not only inspecting the car before we left but explaining the process and exactly what the price would be and what it would cover. Throughout the day the owner kept us informed with texts about the timing and the car was ready exactly when it was expected. My girlfriend brought her car 2006 Nissan Altima to BubbleRun Hand Carwash for their Express Engine Wash. The original goal was to try and pinpoint an oil leak that was supposed to have been fixed after paying $2,000 to Sears Auto Center at Newport Mall in Jersey City. After explaining the situation, he had a mechanic at the Citgo gas station (next to carwash) lift the car and give us a second opinion on everything that we paid for, but was not done by Sears. I'm glad he was very knowledgeable about cars and very honest as well! I'm glad there are still good people out in the world. TL;DR: The owner, Ivo, and his team gets personal with your car. I have the luck of living within jogging distance of this place, hidden behind a gas station. Any special requests (such as taking excess tire shine off the tires to reduce the chance of it slicking all over the side trim) will be fulfilled. The've been the best at cleaning the interior and exterior of the car, by hand, in a decent amount of time 10-15 mins if it isn't packed with other cars. When I find time, Ima have them detail my ENTIRE 2017 CR-V, as well as convert the bulbs in the headlights into LEDs. They might even get into trim coating ( stuff like LINE-X) If the demand and money permits. read more

I went to this car wash as a recommendation from a friend. I had gotten a dent on my week old 2017 new car. I was extremly upset to say the least and nervous to have anyone cause further damage to the car. The staff at the wash were able to get the dent out in a matter of minutes and also did an excellent job buffing and washing the car to bring it back to its new condition. If you're looking to get an interior car detail at an affordable price, this is your place! I reached out to Bubble Run on Yelp to get my car cleaned and the owner, Ivo, was really accommodating. He worked around my schedule for an appt time that worked, and even came in for my appt when the shop wasn't even open! Amazing! It took close to two hours to get my car detailed. I've never had it professionally cleaned in the 5 yrs I've owned the vehicle so there was def a lot of work to be done. But Ivo did a fantastic job!! I haven't seen the insides of my car look this clean since I bought it. The color of my cloth seats went from a grayish brown to a nice proper silver. He really did a great job. I'll definitely be coming back here again anytime I need an interior clean. Also, I've done my research.. BubbleRun DOES have the best prices in Union, Morris and Bergen County.
