Excellent. My. car was in desperate need of a wash and I hadn't found a car wash near me that I liked. This place came up a few times in my search and highly recommended. We went yesterday and waited a while (It was a nice, sunny day) but it was worth the wait. The hand wash was SO thorough, my car looks so good. They were very meticulous with the vacuum and interior clean that I can only imagine how their detailing is. The price was great for the quality of the wash. These guys are horrible. Back in January I brought my 2015 Mustang V6 for a wash & they broke my vinyl wrap on my door trim. I spoke to the owner & he made it right, offered me a VIP wash to settle it (vinyl wrap was around $30 anyways). Fast forward to today, I brought my 2024 Ford Mustang Dark Horse for a gold wash, pulled out & noticed my seatbelt guide for the recaro seats was broken. This is a $60/side trim piece ..... thank god they didn't damage the actual seat. I've only washed my car here a handful of times since the first incident. I'm pretty disappointed with the service. Not only am I out $40 for the wash, but now I'm out $60 for the left guide. They're brilliant all around! I had paid for VIP wash and when they got to the trunk portion, the cashier came out and noted that I had a furry pet due to the amount of fur. She proceeded to remove as much fur as she could with a hair removal tool she brought out to specifically do this. The quality of their service is the best I've seen in a car wash. This place was set on Google to open at 8AM on a Saturday. I arrived at 7:56AM & there was literally a line out to the street. That set the standard for me & so I decided to get on the line & get the VIP wash. The line moved pretty swiftly and I loved the service. My car looked amazing thereafter & I got a loyalty card for future services. I was pleased with the wash. However, I will say that after my car dried up there were some streaks on the body on both sides which were dissapointing as the wash itself looked amazing right after. My next time there I will get a regular wash to see if that will last over 2 hours with no streaks. Definitely give it a try. Note: Photo posted is BEFORE the polish. Which I believe was perfect. My car desperately needed a bath and today was going to be the day! I had seen Chamos and never really paid it any mind because I live in Brooklyn and usually get my car washed near where I live. Due to a family emergency, I was spending alot of time in Elizabeth very near to Chamos. I had been so busy dealing with other things that I didn't have time to wash my cute baby car. I like my car to look cute and smell good and I had been neglecting and putting off washing my baby car. Finally, I decided that my car had been neglected long enough and I decided to get her cleaned. Problem was every time I was gonna stop at Chamos it was too busy. Well today was a blessing! I was able to drive right in and not wait at all to finally get my car washed. I was a little skeptical at first but my baby needed a bath. When it was all over my car looked amazing! Such attention to details that they gave my car from the bath to the drying and just cleaning and caring for every part of my car. I was ecstatic over how good my car looked! But, the best part is what I noticed later after having my car washed five hours ago. As I was walking to my car after leaving from visiting with my niece, I once again admired how beautiful my car looked and then I saw something incredible! 5 months ago or longer, I was parked at a parking lot at a mall and noticed two ugly scratches on the back of my car. I was upset and hurt to see that my almost new car had been scratched. I accepted it learned to live with the little booboos. Until today. As I was getting in my car tonight and admiring my beautiful clean car, I did not see the scratches! I did a double take and had to make sure that this was my car! I was so shocked, happy, surprised, and so pleased with my exceptional service today at Chamos and had not even seen this extra surprise ... I am and was ecstatic! I live in Brooklyn and usually have my car washed there, but after my experience at Chamos in Elizabeth NJ, I will be timing it so that my car will be washed and cared for at Chamos! It really did take 10 minutes for a oil change question is did they really do a good job?? It really did take 10 minutes. I was in a out in no time. After seen the sticker that was placed on my front windshield I notice they used synthetic 0w-20. My car uses 5w-20 It also says it on the cap you have to remove in order to do the oil change. I will just see if my car runs smoother like this. There is checklist of everything that was done . Change oil Change oil filter Checked battery Checked wipers Filled windshield wiper fluid Checked break fluid Checked power steering fluid Checked transmission fluid Checked vehicle coolant Checked air filter Checked front tires Checked rear tires Checked differential fluid has N/A the only thing that was changed was the oil. Which they put the wrong oil anyway. Don't believe places like this that say 10 minute oil change. Why make it seemed like you guys checked everything else if there was never an attempt to. read more

I have ceramic coating on the Tesla so I tend to be very picky with hand car washes. I have warranty for my ceramic coating so any signs of early defect, because of poor washes, can void my warranty. I have to say this place did GREAT! I'm definitely using them again. read more

I used their mobile detailing for a while and was happy that they opened up a location in Elizabeth. It's much further than the regular car wash place I use but the drive is worth it to come here. The service is excellent, the workers are friendly and most of all they do an awesome job washing/detailing my car. I asked them what chemicals they use to wash the car. They use Chemical Guys product. If you don't know what they are, google it. One of the best products it in the market. On top of it, the price is very reasonable for what they do! read more

My car was ruined with overspray from some inconsiderate people, they took it somewhere TO get all the overspray removed and when I got the car back it looked horrible. Circles from the pad they used to buff it were left all over. I decided to take it to CHAMOS because I usually get my car washed there (which they do an amazing job as well). I just picked up my car and it looks amazing. They corrected the other places mistakes and they even helped me out with some paint correction that I needed on my passenger door. I highly recommend this place. I will be back for sure to get the inside detailed and I will definitely keep coming back for the car washes. THANKS GUYS!!! read more

Fantastic car wash at a reasonable price. I believe there were five people drying and cleaning the inside of my car at the same time! The owner Chamo is very friendly and always thanks everyone for their business. The only reason I am giving Chamos car wash 3 stars is cause of an experience I recently had on my last visit. The car wash opens @ 8 in the morning and I always try to get there @ 8 or earlier if possible. This place gets packed quickly and the wait time could be up to 30 to 45 minutes at times. I pull in at 7:35 and proceed to park my vehicle behind the cones that are set up to prevent cars from going into the entrance. Seeing that I had time, I decided to get down and get a cup of coffee @ the deli next door. As soon as I get out of my car I am called over by a person in a car parked on the other side of the car wash. I go to see what he wanted and he starts yelling @ me that he was there first. I try to explain to him that the line starts @ the cone and he keeps telling me that he is friends with Chamo and that he was there first. After bickering with this uneducated person that does not know how a line works, I decided maybe it is in my best interest to get back in my car. I have seen on the news to many times of things getting out of hand and my life is more important than being first in line. I did not move my car and he proceeded to go in front of cones. On the back of his window he had a sticker that said "Chamos Nation." When I went to go pay, the cashier said that Chamos was not there yet. I wanted to tell him of my experience and that he should choose his friends more wisely. I will not be going back and I will tell my friends and family not to go back.
