I always favor a joint that offers numerous fresh fruit options like this place as well as Jelly and sago options. I prefer my fresh fruit bubble tea made with a tea base so it's less sweet and I always go for traditional sago tapioca pearls while my hubs loves green apple lychee jelly pieces. Savory or sweet? You decide! But then again I love an avocado milk bubble tea as well (complete meal replacement and keeps me full for hours). Walked in unsure of what to expect and walked out amazed. It was one of the best boba drinks I have ever had and to find that in Edmonton of all places was quite surprising! I had the grapefruit green tea and it was so refreshing. The boba was great and the drinks are 5 star because they are made with fresh fruit. They didn't skimp on the boba and it wasn't overly sweet. This is, hands down, one of my favorite bubble tea places in Edmonton. Firstly, it's conveniently located to my work (wahoo!) And they have such fresh bubble tea and most importantly, really fresh bubbles!!! My favorite is the taro and coconut where I substitute with coconut pieces. My coworkers and friends are huge fans of a lot of the other flavors, however. I'm told the durian and the avocado ones are fantastic. Also, the service is amazing. The main lady who runs the place is always so friendly and eager to help, providing recommendations and providing great service. One of the best bubble teas in town. My wife loves the avocado. I like to try out the menu with something different each time. They get me coming back with their stamp card. Sneaky! This is one of my fave places to go to when I go to north side. It's not baby friendly (no high chairs or change tables) but I rarely see people sitting here possibly because of the 15 min parking spaces- there's only a handful of them unless you get street parking. Orders can be made ahead by phone. I prefer the sago here as it's quality is consistent, the texture is chewy & not soggy or hard. Drink menu is extensive, with different add-ons available and options of using fresh fruit. Bubble waffles are available here, just like the street food I had in Hong Kong... it's best eaten fresh, tastes like pancake but has a crispy outside with soft fluffy inside. Haven't seen those anywhere else. Makes a good snack while driving. Drinks are conveniently sealed to make it more spill proof until pierced with a straw rather than using pop on lids. If you ask for a bag/ takeout, they use bags narrow enough to hold 2 drinks at a time upright with napkins and straws rather than drink trays. Another fave of mine are the tiny hot cakes with custard or red bean filling. Prices are standard fare and go up if you add on extra jelly Pieces. read more

I have been to this location many many times and I really love their FRESH FRUIT TARO BUBBLE TEA. I highly recommend it to anyone who is willing to be adventurous and try something new. Although I had so many good experiences ONE bad experience just ruins everything for me. I have been going to this bubble t place ever since I was a little girl and this place used to be called the tea cottage i believe. Anyways so I went into the bubble tea place ordering my usualy fresh fruit taro which I clearly and loudly said to the girl that was taking my order. I always make sure to say fresh fruit taro because i am 100% aware that there is a powedered version which I personally dont like. But when i got my bubble tea, i immediately knew it was powdered because of the bright purple colour. Fresh fruit is definitely more white and less purple. I asked the girl if this was the fresh one and she said no this is the default powered version and at that moment I was like uhhhh...... I dont understand how she didnt hear me say fresh fruit. After she told me it was powdered she said do you wanna order another one?' I was already pretty upset because SHE got the wrong order but then she asks me if I would like to order another one as if it was my fault that she got my order wrong. I was not going to pay her another $6 to make me something that she was initally suppose to make me. Not only that she didn't apologize to me at all she also was super rude and arrogant. Bad Vibe That is very poor custumer service but the older lady that usually serves me is also so polite and nice. I got the fresh fruit lychee bubble tea and it's very good. Staff are polite and friendly. You can get bubble tea made with fresh fruit or powder with the option made with juice or milk.
