Took our 5 month old puppy for his first grooming and they were amazing! He looks so cute and they did so well with him even though he is really squirmy and nervous. We will absolutely keep coming back to Karina!

Omg this dog grooming business is amazing! Conveniently located in downtown Santa Ana where you can drop off your dog in a safe and friendly environment, then have plenty to do around town. The service was excellent from the moment we walked in. Our white Akita Husky was left so clean and happy. Thank you for the great service. Can't wait to be back

    Happy pup!

We moved to Downtown Santa Ana almost a year ago and have been looking for a groomer closer to us. We were happy to see a shop opening up down the street, so we decided to contact the owner, Danielle. She was a great communicator and was able to squeeze us in for a weekend appointment. Our pup can be a little nervous but Danielle made sure she was ready under two hours. Not only were Danielle's prices better than our previous groomer, but our girl still smells fresh days later despite being active. We were also extremely happy that her nails were cut perfectly. Her shop isn't open yet but we will be there to support her once it is! If you're looking for a groomer in Santa Ana, we highly recommend Bubble Up!

    Sheru looking good

Our dog Sheru got his first groom at bubble up yesterday (first ever professional groom for him). His coat is so soft and the cut was great. Our boy is looking so handsome. We are definitely bringing him back : ) no more at home cuts for him.

I just wanted to share a fabulous new business I am using to groom my two doggies. Danielle the owner is patient, caring and attentive. Melissa her bather was friendly and gentle with the dogs. I am so grateful for the time they took to get my dogs acclimated to them. My dogs don't enjoy getting their nails done, both of my dogs are shy and take a minute to acclimate to new spaces. It was so reassuring to have such kind, patient people take it slow and really listen to my dogs. Danielle has done rescue for years and is super dog savvy- so she can handle the "special needs" fur babies too. I highly recommend her! Plus she is just over in DTSA! I love giving neighbors business Check her out! She is worth it!

Bubble up is the only place I trust with my juniper. Super amazing costumer service the girls here are so nice and the treats are so good. My dog loves this place. Do yourself a favor and let the pros love your dog.

Danielle always does a great job! Hope is not always the easiest to groom but she did great!!

Daisy has wavy hair and is a bit temperamental, but Danielle does a great job!

I have 2 yorkies who need regular grooming, and I've been to a dozen groomers over the years. Danielle gives them my favorite cut! She does a great job listening to my preferences, she has a flexible schedule, and most importantly- she is so gentle with my dogs. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for quality dog grooming in Orange County!

When we got to the place, there was dog hair all over the floor, I chatted with the manager there and they mentioned they wipe the floor 2-3x a day so I must've come during the tail ned. The appointment which typically takes 2-3 hours ended up taking 1.5 hours. They request payment and tip before they bring you your pet. I had some feedback that I shared with the manager and they reassured me that they care deeply about the salon and grooming service so I know they're working on improvements. They were happy to take my dog back to another cleaning, but I didn't have the time. I appreciate the time and effort the manager took to call and chat about my feedback.

My puppy stayed for two weeks at Paw Sweet Paw, and I have to say the marketing does a better job…read morethan how the business actually operates. Prior to the stay, I was told first-timers get 1 week of free boarding. Knowing that we'd be out of the country for 2 weeks, this was perfect, on top of thinking the workers were nice. I also made sure they would be sending photo updates EVERY DAY via email and that there are cameras in the play area for us to check on him. As the front desk lady could tell, I made sure to make their lives easier, so I printed out 2 A4 sheets of things to know about my pup, being as detailed as possible so they wouldn't be confused about what to do since he's still a puppy. Two weeks later, we had to ask our friend to pick him up because they said no one could help release the pup on Easter Day. When they went to pick him up, both the bowl and the bed were missing, and they couldn't find them on the spot. They had to be delivered the day after, and ONLY because I made that phone call to confirm if they could find my puppy's bowl and his ginormous bed. During those two weeks, we clearly informed them that we would be out of the country and that SMS wouldn't work, yet they didn't remember until I emailed them, twice. Over the 15 days, I could barely see my pup on the camera, and I only received THREE email updates and one 10-second video of my puppy, which didn't even show anything meaningful. It felt like it was recorded just for the sake of sending something. One of the updates was also sent only after I emailed them the second time. Being told we'd be getting one week of free pet boarding for first-timers was WHY we chose to stay here. The staff also told us we could call for a refund if we were mischarged. Two weeks later, when we called, the lady told me they were going through reorganization, so workers were moving around, maybe that's why things were missing, and that the free first week only applied to daycare. I would have to speak to the manager about my concern. The manager obviously had the answer in mind and avoided my phone calls a couple of times, on top of my calls getting hung up more than 2-3 times during transfer. When she finally picked up, without hesitation to my question, she said she couldn't refund me for the first free week, but she could offer me a discount, or a free daycare day or some other discounts. Lol. What's the difference between giving me back a 1-week refund as your team promised versus a discount? Why not solve the problem instead of dancing around it? Why am I getting "punished" when your workers told me the wrong thing? Sure, you might lose a couple hundred bucks, but what's more valuable is that you're losing is a customer who will no longer trust your business, and the word-of-mouth effect that could've helped bring in more customers. As a business owner, you should understand better why pet owners trust you with their dogs and what they expect, especially in Orange County. Unfortunately, our first experience was horrendous and extremely disappointing. The level of disorganization and hassle is beyond disappointing. If you're looking for a pet boarding hotel, I strongly suggest finding somewhere else. Like the lady said, they're going through reorganization, so they might be too busy taking care of customers right now anyway.

Anyone familiar with the Akita breed knows they can be strong-willed and have very distinct personalities. Our boy definitely lets you know when he's unhappy about something. While he has never bitten anyone, he is very vocal and communicative when he doesn't like being handled. Despite his temperament, the team at Lucky Paws has always treated him with patience, professionalism, and care. They understand his personality, work with him calmly, and consistently do a great job grooming him. It's not easy finding people you trust with a large breed dog, especially one with a mind of his own, but we've never had concerns leaving him in their care. After nearly 7 years, we're grateful for the kindness and dedication they've shown our dog. We highly recommend Lucky Paws to anyone looking for experienced groomers who truly care about the animals they work with.

That's what I was informed the day that he went for 4 hours and he only played 20 minutes . When the incident happened with diego being grabbed by a big dog, you guys gave it no importance, since that dog continued to be in open play ( I saw him on the camera all the time ) I am surprised the staff saw diego showing teeth, most of the staff there are on their phone all the time, not paying attention while they supposed to be "watching the dogs". With the exception of a couple of people that showed cared but they were not there when diego supposedly showed his teeth. Diego is a very lovable small dog, he is not a big vicious dog, and is very strange that at Paws Chateau he NEVER shows teeth or does any of the things you said, in fact, all of the staff there love Diego, and he has fun with the other dogs. In your daycare you guys never even checked to see if he was up to date with vaccines, just like you probably don't check anyone else's . So it surprises me that this facility says they care for the animals. The truth is that you are right, digo likes to cuddle or be loved and the staff was too busy on the phone to be paying attention to him.
