I really appreciate that this is a family-owned small business and not a large chain like a number of the other local doggy daycare/boarding facilities. They get to know all of the pups super well. They are really "blossomed" the past year and a half in terms of offering tons of fun theme days where you can get photos of your dog dressed up and participating in activities (bunny ear photos and Easter egg hunt for Easter!) They also post fun updates to social media and have tons of cameras so you can check in on your pup throughout the day if you choose. They have helped me out soooo many times including when I have been running late for the pick-up or reaching out for a late reservation or an add-on service. The ability to be able to have Nora get groomed, nails clipped, and her anal glands expressed all during a regular day at daycare is amazing and so convenient. When we moved just over a year ago, we literally made sure to keep in mind the distance between us and Wag 'n Woofs because bringing her elsewhere was not an option. It's fun to see all the pups play throughout the day. The camera is also how I know my dog likes some workers more than others and when he is (or is not) having a good time. With any doggy daycare sickness tends to travel around and my dog has fallen sick from daycare before. Something to be aware of. Overall a good daycare for your pet.

I went…read moreto the emergency vet, first and they said after how many days, go to her actual vet. which is mounds view... bring her here tuesday the 24th. they changed her badge and the doctor talked to me for a second. bandage change: $59 talking to the dr: $79 whatever. my baby is hurt, idc. UNTIL, later that night, with her cone on, she keeps crying and trying to itch her ear but the cone is there.. i take the cone off and what do you know. they left her EAR OUT of the bandage??? I went there to get her wound wrapped, and they wrap her head and not her ear??? The cone was on her ear, pinching it. THATS, why she was crying. i called blue pearl and they said i can try and shove it back in. which wasn't possible, since she was crying and freaking out. i told the lady at blue pearl and she said i can take the wrap off, put her ear in and wrap it back up. i did as told.. UNTIL. They. Did. NOT. Change. The gauze. Dry bled all over it. And it can't be from her ear, because guess what? THEY DIDNT PUT IT IN THE WRAP.

Jen takes the time to really get to know your dog before they stay with her, by asking lots of great questions and making sure they get acquainted with her space before their first stay. She checks to make sure each dog is up to date on vaccinations and getting to know their medical needs, so you can feel safe leaving your pet with her. My dog is a real handful! Very anxious, not great around other dogs, she's a senior, and the last time I brought her to Jen she had a list of new medical problems. Jen took everything in stride, including making sure she was eating her new prescription food, and sending me lots of picture updates. By the end of her visits, Chloedog is just as relaxed and content as if she just spent the weekend at our house. We love Jen!lfngmh

No stars is how I would review their business practices. My Royal standard poodle has been here…read moretwice. Both times because my regular groomer was unavailable. First time was not a fantastic experience as my dog got bathroom sick right after returning home from being there. Second time now and my dog was completely sheered and choppy made to look like a rescue dog. I agree he had some matting but not to the extreme they took it too. No time was spent to comb out Matts or make him look like a poodle! His feet were atrocious and one foot bloody. His ears were radically cleaned and not dried which ended up with a bacterial infection and a vet bill of 100$. This business will not take any responsibility for the trauma my poor dog has endured.
