We have been using Kim for 20 years and she cares about your pet and spoils them with hugs, kisses , and cuddles. I highly recommend her and prices are fair. Megan is the WORST groomer that has ever cut my dog. She is a teacup Pomeranian and she was asked to trim her up. She shaved my Pomeranian. It's winter! My dog has never been shaved!! Her head is trimmed and the rest of her is shaved. The last time I took her there she only gave her a bath. We discussed that her hair was thinning and I did not want her cut just a bath, she only gave her a bath and did not cut her. When discussing what would be done on her next visit Megan herself said you don't shave a Pomeranian because their hair doesn't grow back. She shave my dog. I'm so pissed off!! If you decide to go see her you have been warned. She does not follow instructions and has no clue how to groom a Pomeranian. I have to put a sweater on my dog to keep her warm. I'm furious!! My dog looks like a child cut her! read more

I took my dog there with matted fur in spots and asked that she not shave him if possible. Megan kept my dog's hair as long as possible and I could not be happier. My dog usually is traumatized after grooming , but he was as happy as could be when he was done. I highly recommend Megan! She does outstanding work. read more

I love this place for grooming my 3 dogs. I had gone to a chain, who cut the butterfly off my papillon, for years, despite my pleading not to do so. I asked the owner not to cut off the butterfly and although she trimmed it, my papillon now has definition of her breed and no longer looks like a long haired chihuahua. I asked for the other dogs (a Maltese and Biewer Yorkie) to have their hair cut short on their bodies for the summer and have their faces trimmed to the definition of their breed. A spectacular job was done. The dogs were happy and so were we. I would never, ever go to another groomer again. read more

I took my 8yo. 24" tall 100lb. German Shepherd dog yesterday afternoon to give him a bath. He has 'bad hips' so he wobbles when he walks and does not stand for very long. Megan just about picked him up to help him up the steps to the elevated tub! She was so kind to add some Neem Oil to the Tea Tree shampoo to help prevent fleas! (I prefer to only use organic methods for flea control.) She had a grooming table all ready for me with various brushes, towels and was available to answer any questions I had about the products and the equipment. Everything that I needed was provided for me! I've always been used to bringing everything with me for a do-it-yourself bath, in other places. My dog, Koda, was relaxed there. There were several other friendly dogs there who greeted us as we were getting set up. There is a fenced area in the back in case the dogs need to go out. It had fresh mulch down for the dogs. I enjoyed talking about animal rescue with Megan as she is active there. I was very pleased with out visit and do not hesitate recommending Megan and Bubbles and Fluff! read more

don't take any animals there but my neighbor (the father of my god dog), takes my god dog there. Multiple times we have had issues with fleas and it has always been after he comes home from "Bubbles and Fluff." We couldn't actually pin it down last year but we did this year. He comes home from Bubbles and Fluff last night and comes for a sleepover, my husband wakes up with bites on his ankles and right after the dog goes home, we find a live flea on the floor right next to where he was sitting. I go over to my neighbors house to show him and we check the dog. He's got multiple fleas all over him. He's infested with fleas. I would avoid this place like the plague cause its plagued with fleas. This is the second time it happened to this dog. You go in to get your dog a nice wash and hair cut and groomer adds a "cup of fleas" to the mix. I had only been there once to get him which the groomer was rude and the place was dirty. He's also had a few cuts each haircut. Please avoid this place. Go to Petco or PetSmart. Save yourself the two days of cleaning, washing, spraying, and that is only until the professional exterminators get here this week. Last year, it took us two months to cure the issue, cause he had two haircuts. I also feel sorry for my neighbor cause he's 80 and has to take the dog to the vet, get a shot, get some flea dip, get his house treated. I wonder how many other dogs are invested from this place. read more
