Do not take your pet here! I came to pick up my pup after she had been there for 8 hours waiting her turn only to find out that THEY SENT MY DOG HOME WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER. Granted, that customer clearly is an idiot since she took the wrong dog home, but when they brought out the wrong dog, the lady actually argued with me that I was wrong! They called the idiot who brought my dog back to me Praise God - but seriously, do not leave your pet here! read more

BAD SERVICE!!! Very upset I'm very disappointed with the service. After I had received the message saying that she was ready to be picked up, I went to get her but nobody came out, I yelled "Excuse me" a couple of times and even opened the little gate and knocked on the door, The dogs started barking, and one of the ladies looked up ( because you can see through the door that the lady) She looked up and went about her business. The point is that none of those three ladies could answer me saying something like "we're coming, or we will be there surely with you " nothing, I got completely ignored. My husband called and explained the situation and the Ladie just laugh in the phone and said.... "Oh yeah" ...... what kinda of customer service is that!! read more

When I moved to MB several years ago, I took my pup to Suzette's and she loved it! Since I live in Carolina Forest I subsequently found a groomer much closer to my home! What a mistake- after going there for over a year, they injured my pup and didn't bother to inform me! Thank goodness Suzette's opened a second location north on 17 and we gladly went back! Our experience was a solid 5 stars- well groomed, fast, very reasonable and full of caring and love! We're in the area about 5 months a year. We have 2 greyhounds that have "racing feet" with crooked toes that their nails dig into their foot if not trimmed often. We found Suzette's as we were heading back to PA last spring and had a wonderful experience. The dogs were relaxed and happy to go into a new place. They had their nails trimmed to the perfect length, no yelping in pain, and they were wagging their tails. We'll be heading south in a couple weeks and know where we will go for the nails trims. Just used Suzette's for grooming and bath. They do not take appts so it is first come first served. What a cool concept when everywhere else takes at least one month or longer to get an appt!!! I have a dog with extreme anxiety so I never know if the groomer can handle her. Well these people have the magic touch! She went with the groomer very easily and was done in a few hours. No waiting around all day for you or your dog. I was very pleased with the hair cut also. I showed them a picture and she cut it exactly like I asked. After grooming my dogs myself for the past few months during Covid, my dogs breeds were hardly recognizable anymore. They wouldn't even let me cut their nails. I called Suzettes and scheduled an appointment in 2 days. The technician John came and took care of my Maltese and Yorkie exactly as I had asked. My dogs came out of the van happy and fresh smelling, with their hair cut and nails trimmed. They felt so much better without all the hair, and they strutted around the house (so cute). This is a very convenient service, you must call for an appointment and understand they may arrive a bit later than appointment time due to unforeseen issues and traffic. I have a darling angel of a cat who was dumped outside of my house, perhaps because he was frequently ill. He had surgery to remove his teeth to halt his constant infections and is no longer able to groom his long fur and, objects to being groomed. These kind ladies just gave him a lion cut and thought he was adorable, despite his protests. They say they will welcome him back! You can't beat that kind of attitude!
