Very clean, no coins needed, amount of machines = 22 washing machines and 22 dryers. varies sizes on both. They have a few folding table areas and a wash up sink to rinse detergent cups etc etc. They also provide WiFi. read more

Machines are clean and washed out every day. The staff is helpful with respect to the type of detergent and cycle you would use for different items. There is adequate seating both on the inside and out side of the rear garden and benches in the store front. There is free WiFi available. The bathroom is clean and well kept. The store in clean and well lit. Although the prices are higher, then the surrounding laundromats, I feel it is well worth it. The only complaint I have is that the TV is constantly on, tuned to NYC News, but the sound is turned off and there are no captions. Just to watch people talk without sound or captions is silly. Also, the radio, b y way of 2 speakers, is always on with light FM. Can't it sometimes be tuned to a classical music station like WQXR? The clientele are mostly over 30 and and some would be glad to not to be constantly blasted with 'Rock & Roll'. Otherwise this is a great store. read more

Horrible customer service after their app scheduled a delivery time in which they could not follow through on. Spoke to Omar who accused me of calling him a liar when I was trying to explain to him as a customer I was expecting a specific delivery\time their system scheduled for me. After speaking to his staff the night before, receiving an email confirmation and their app showing the date\time all checked out. Never rec'd a call about my delivery not showing up. Disappointing after using their services for a year and I highly recommend you save your money and take your business elsewhere. Customers will spend money at companies that listen throughly and don't accuse them of lying or making things difficult (when I was just sharing feedback since I'm paying $50 plus for laundry service. Not worth the trouble! *** Update: Response to Owners comment- To clarify - I was a paying customer who experienced horrible customer service. Omar, the owner was very disrespectful to me in our conversation. You can see I'm not the only one, there are others who also posted similar feedback/reviews. I've visited this laundromat twice on a weekday. Outside they have a single bench to sit on while you wait for yo clothes to finish, but both times I've gone someone's been sitting there, so it's really first come first serve. With social distancing you can't really sit there if another stranger is. But that's no big deal, just something to think about if you're looking for a place to sit while doing laundry. When I entered the laundromat I was greeted by the employee which was really nice. It's also air conditioned inside so the environment is comfortable during these summer months. The employees all wear masks and as far as I've seen so do the patrons. Both times I've gone it hasn't been crowded and there are plenty of machines, but I'm not sure how it is on the weekend. The machines are clean-ish but pretty up to par for a public place where everyone is washing their clothes. There are a few different sized washers at different price points. I found it to be a little on the expensive side but nothing too crazy. There's a machine when you come in where you can purchase a laundry card and refill it as needed. They accept credit card. They also have drop off service and pickup and delivery service which I have not used yet. The laundromat also seems to have an app that you can use to access these services. All in all this is a great laundromat and both times I've visited I've done my laundry with no hassle and was pretty much in and out with no wait for machines. It's air conditioned and clean inside and the employees are friendly. And there is one bench outside that you need to get to first if you want to sit while you wait. read more

Staff is friendly and card loading machines are at the ready without fuss. There's a couple of picnic tables out back to wait outside when the weather's nice. I can't believe the customer service!!. I called today to see what time is the last wash. The lady that responded said the last wash was at 9pm. I asked are you sure? She said yes. I came in with my cart loaded up my clothes in the washer. I also had time to load my card only for her to tell me after all that I can't wash my clothes. She tells me that the last wash was at 7pm. She can't do anything for me. I told her I called for the times and she said she thought I meant the queens location. -_- WOW! Update WOW....."Please let me know if I need to refresh your memory and send you the footage. So do yourself a favor take this completely fabricated review down." This is the appropriate passive aggressive response. I guess the customer is not always right here.. what a shame Ill end it here. Never have I had an argument over an issue with an owner for this long and especially online. I had an incident here today with a washer and asked for help so I left my name and number for the owner to reach out to me. Sure enough, that's what he did and instead of being helpful, he told me what I was saying wasn't accurate and to do laundry elsewhere. Omar is an unprofessional and disrespectful business owner. I come from a family of business owners and anyone with business sense and a brain knows you do not treat paying customers like that. I'll never give this place another quarter again. Update: I didn't give anyone an attitude when I walked in. You're speaking falsely right there. I walked in minded my business and washed my clothes. My sheets and towels were set to warm (it was lit up in green) and after I closed the door and started the machine I noticed it switched to cold. I am positive about that. Also, I was just there recently during the pandemic and washed my hands without a problem. Hand washing is recommended more than ever at a time like this. At least offer hand sanitizer if you're going to be open for business. I started the conversation off with you very nicely and even made it clear that I wasn't out to look for problems but after how you spoke to me I responded accordingly. Ok, this is a game-changer. Before I write this review, I have to confess that I am a freak - I LOVE doing laundry. I never went to a wash and fold before this because I enjoy it that much. Unfortunately, the machines in my building are probably older than I am and in a little basement area so creepy that I bring my phone every time I go, just in case I need to call for help. So I saw all the glowing reviews and figured I would try this place out. WOW. The pickup and delivery are so convenient- you schedule a time online. This makes it really easy as I'm not in Bay Ridge most of the time. The guy who picked up my laundry was really nice and flexible about when I needed it dropped off. The clothes came back smelling SO good and were so neatly folded and organized, it was sad for me to unpack them! I live a few stories up, so I happily tipped him well for his trouble. Although I'm no expert on how to operate a Laundromat, I can certainly recognize a a growing business when I see one. Wi-Fi, indoor table to utilize "waisted" laundry time plus outdoor backyard seating creates a pleasant stress free experience. New machines ( accepts coins not cards, but who cares), clean, friendly staff and the owners are very accommodating. The attendant was kind and friendly and the brand new looking machines where priced reasonably. The washing machines take money the old fashioned way - quarters instead of the laundry cards typically used for the newer machines. Nice that they are open till 10 PM also, however, it would be awesome if they were open 24 hours. read more

I have a personal attachment to this place because they take a better care of my clothes than my mom had ever done growing up (sorry ma). They pick your stuff up, wash and dry it using proper cycles and high quality products including the fabric softener and dryer sheets (things I always forget about), fold it nicely and deliver it back with a smile. As a newbie to Bay Ridge, this laundromat attracted me from the start!! I love the modern feel of the laundromat and after reviewing their website, I know they are modern and successful! I had them pick up and deliver my first load, and everything went smoothly. I had the delivery guy pick it up at 5pm and he came back the next day around 6pm. All my clothes came back perfectly folded and also I requested they separate clothes I wanted hang dried and they did that properly as well!!
