The gas has been shut off to my house for a few days because of maintenance. So naturally that means no drier. Deciding to take a chance, I took my laundry to this place intending to do 3 loads. I did three loads in under 2 hours for $11.75 from start to finish. The only downsides are that there aren't many seats, and there are no vending machines (which I'm used to having in laundromats). Went there last night after home washer/dryer died. I needed a quick instruction on usage and Ann was very helpful at first, adjusting the dryer settings, and showing me the coin and soap dispensers. I noticed that she had me use a triple washer when it was not indicated and had set it to do two washings - a small batch of towels turned out to cost me $9.00 to wash and then $2.50 to dry. She's pretty slick and seems to prey on the landromat newbies. Also, she ripped the coins out of my hand when I advised her that the coin intake in the washing machine was stuck after already dispensing half of the required coins. She became very upset and said, "what, you don't understand how to do this?" Also, when I proceed to open the washer door when the load stopped, she ran over and slammed the door closed, saying "not okay". Very bizarre behavior. She was quite rude and always in my face during my agonizing two hours there. Another customer even tried accusing me of stealing her change out of the coin dispenser - after watching me change two $10.00 bills. I used one of the older washers with the agitator as well for a white wash - many of the clothes came out with yellow stains after washing. I noticed a greenish/yellow film on the top of the washing tub afterward. Don't use these washers. My experience was nightmarish and I will not be back. Please - somebody help Ann with customer service and English language skills. She was quite rude. read more

I never had a problem with the washer or drier. It is with the Asian woman. She is very condescending and nasty. I told her off and she never bothered me again. I told her if she yelled at me again I would bad mouth this place to everyone in town. Some people just have to tell her off. She is not the boss. read more

Came here last night , 830 was the last load but Anne refused to send me away she helped me with my loads and gave me some laundry tips . Had two overfilling hampers and spend about 14 since I used the big load machines. Will be coming back thank you for being so kind Anne! read more

I'm here washing my dorm room bedding for my daughter . The machine has 2 cups of suds in it now. No suds at all are showing. The other 2 washer are full of suds. The working told me I'm not a regular customer and don't know what I'm talking about. Refused to help me. Very rude to us. Will not be back read more

When our washer broke and we needed to do laundry on Saint Patrick's Day Night we headed for bubbles. When we walked in we were informed they closed at 9, it was about 820 and we weren't going to be able to be done in time. However the nice woman working (by herself) said to do our laundry and she would stay open for us. After helping us with the correct amount of coins to put in the washers and dryers to get what we wanted she stayed open an extra 25 minutes for us and saved the day. Good stuff. read more

I use Bubbles on a weekly basis! The dry cleaning is exceptional! Never has a button been broken on any of my husband's shirts! Annie always takes in my clothes with a smile and wonderful conversation. Annie has taken care of my every need, including shortening of pants!!!!! The prices everywhere else are more expensive. Horrible customer service. Asian woman(employee) approached me and kids and said The last wash is at 7pm, but I'll let you wash. I told her that's the wrong info. If they close at 10pm(i googled b4 arriving) the last wash would be near 8pm. I then asked her to stop talking to me. Her bad attitude was not warranted near my children and I. Two people then came into mat & started washing their laundry(She said NOTHING TO THEM)??? i asked the man if he knew the last wash at 7pm; he said: "No, i don't.i come here often"(security???!! ) After I approached counter politely for change of a $20 and was inserting bill into change machine; she was laughing; i asked what was she laughing at and she stated: "I'm laughing because you cannot see where to put the money in machine for coins"... I'm disgusted at her laughing at my vision problems. My daughter was with me & she does not understand why this woman chose to be so disrespectful towards me. I have never met that woman before....and will never return to launder anything...never the less spend my money. They don't deserve to be in business. Harrassment from beginning to end... Even phone call was made to her to tell my son to stop dancing while we were waiting for clothes to dry... This woman and his boss(maybe on cameras calling phone at desk) need to be trained in customer service... And keeping the place clean and tidy...it looks old and dirty...it's 2019!!! We MUST NOT spend good money to utilize crappy laundromats and be bombarded w/ piss poor behavior from a personal predjudice conflicted human. read more

Seriously, if you are like me and hate to do laundry...Bubbles is your answer! The owner will wash and fold your laundry for 99 cents a pound! I have a washer and dryer in my house and still take my laundry there. I filled up a big black trash bag that I couldn't even close and it was only 30 bucks! Think about it, you don't need to buy laundry detergent, you don't need to do it, you don't need to fold it, you don't have to use your gas, electricity or water!!! Anne Lee folds so perfectly it is like having everything dry cleaned! A perfectly folded fitted sheet???? C'mon now...this is as good as it gets! Don't spend your Saturday doing laundry...drop it off, go about your day, and pick it up later in the day! This is a no brainer!!!! read more

My first Bubbles experience was last weekend. Bubbles had the most positive comments on Yelp and is closest to my apartment, so I dropped off 3 weeks worth of laundry to be washed, dried and folded on Thursday. Ann Lee was so very friendly and promised me she'd take great care of my clothes. When I picked them up on Saturday afternoon, I was embarrassed to find she only took cash and I didn't have enough on me. I told her I could run to the ATM and come right back, but she insisted she "knew I'd be back" and let me take my laundry even though I was $11.00 short. I was incredibly amazed because it was my first time there, and she had no idea that I'd actually be back, but I guess that speaks to her confidence in the service she provides, their repeat customer base, and the fact that she could tell I'm an honest person. My clothes are immaculately clean and folded, and I would recommend Bubbles to anyone and everyone. And don't worry, I went there today to pay her the rest :) read more

I got my laundry done, and it has a parking lot. Those are my only plusses for Bubbles. The woman working, not sure what her name was, was rude and condescending to me the entire time I was there, treating me like I'd never seen a washing machine before and had never done laundry before. Did you bring soap? What are you putting in there? Did you sort? You need quarters! Close the door like this! I was there with my 2 kids, which I always am when I do my laundry. She kept trying to hold my baby for me and take her behind the counter - nice thought, but she was fine in the stroller and it's not my habit to let people I have never met before hold my kid. She was really pushy about it, and finally just started helping me unload my washers to go to the driers since I wouldn't let her babysit. I told her I had it, and didn't want some things in the drier, she got bent out of shape and snapped that I should like the help. When I closed the drier doors she yelled at me for shutting them too loud. She hovered over me making sure I put quarters in, pushed the buttons, "listened for the door clicks, etc." Tried to be nice, but geez. There was another family with a (rather loud) young child with them, and she kept screaming from behind the front desk "SHUT UUUUUUUP!!!!" It was truly obnoxious, when it would have been far more effective and pleasant for everyone if she went over and talked to them more quietly. Also, there were people parked out front in the fire lane the entire time. I can understand loading/unloading there for ease, as I would have loved to have done myself, but there were 3-4 cars that just parked and stayed there the entire time they did their laundry. The person working at the laundromat should inform people that these are NOT parking spots - there is an entire free parking lot! I'm glad I was able to get my laundry done, but I wont go back here. Just came from Bubbles since my regular place was closed. I put my stuff in the dryer, gently closed the door, put a quarter in and hit start. As soon as the barrel began to move, the glass slid right off the door into the barrel and shattered all over my clothes. I backed away while pulling the door open so the machine would stop. She came over and said "People slam the door." I told her I had not slammed the door, and she said, "I know", seemingly peeved that I defended myself. Then she shooed me away from the machine while she pulled my clothes out, dragging them across the shards of glass, and moved them to another dryer. "There", she said. I said, "there's glass in my clothes now." She said, "No, there's not." I was dumbfounded. I said, "Well, I put a quarter in there." I thought she should at least pay for my load to compensate for the problem, but she just walked away, then beckoned me over after I had put more quarters in and started the load, and she handed me one quarter. Later, I came back, removed my clothes, and began to fold them, when some glass bits fell to the floor. I said, "There's glass bits in my clothes." She said, "Throw them in the trash. I'm trying to help you out," as if my pointing that out was offensive. WTF?!? I saw that the dryer's rubber seal holding the glass onto the door was ripped and worn. I wanted to point out to her that it wasn't the fault of her customers that her machines are old and falling apart (and dangerous), but I had had enough of her. Never going back. read more
