I currently live in the Fenway area, which is quite a drive from West Roxbury, but since they pick up and deliver, I said... why not! And I am very pleased with my experiences with them. Definitely will continue services! They provide large reusable laundry bags for pick up and deliver, which is definitely convenient. I actually drove to the store initially to drop off my stuff and they provided me two new bags to take home and use upon delivery. The staff is super friendly and understanding! They actually forgot to give me a few things during my first pick up, but they called me back a day later and apologized for forgetting things. They scheduled a drop off for me right away and I was able to get all that I wanted. Now that's what you call convenience and great customer service. When I received my stuff, it was all neatly folded in large plastic bags and select shirts were put on hangers. My coat came back smelling like nothing but cigarettes (which he smokes in the actual building), and it was ripped on the side. I was working in the area at the time and thought supporting a local business would be the right thing to do, but apparently not. I did say something upon pick up as well as going back when I noticed my coat was ripped and he was very dismissive and ignorant about the situation. He did not care at all. My first time going in there, he was laid back with his feet kicked up on the desk as soon as I walked in.. I should have paid attention to that red flag. I have absolutely no idea how this guy keeps his business running, and I know I'm not the only one with a review like this! He should really be shut down.
