There are a lot of altars whenever you enter and explanations for the items on little note cards. I did utilize their online store to help me phrase my questions. Because on the online store you can sort by spiritual need and then that helped me be able to talk to the staff about what I was exactly looking for. The staff was so nice they took the time to speak to me and to listen to my slightly rambling needs. I just really enjoyed talking to them and having them help me walk through what I really wanted and needed. It was fantastic and I suggest anybody go there.

The Parking: There's parking directly outside of the location. We went on a weekend around a time when parking was free; however, there is a pay to park machine. The Service: Amazing! Everyone was so polite & extremely helpful. The staff were knowledgeable on the products and how to use them. They also explained the differences and similarities between voodoo & hoodoo. The Store: I was literally like a kid in a candy store. I wanted to buy everything. It was amazing seeing so much that could help me and my loved ones reach the next level of clarification. The cats were also the added plus. They were such sweet cats and made it that much more pleasant being there. This store was so great, I came back again; twice in one day. For things like oils, sprays, or candles, they give you instructions on how to properly use them. They even offer a YouTube with different "How-To's". Overall, I love this store! The candles were returned to us with all the black soot still there. The candles are not even filled up at the same level. I have seen these candles everywhere for my entire life and I had no idea! This shop is small, but as soon as you walk in you are inundated with the sweet smell of all of the candles they sell. They have a "scent bar" where you can sniff and smell all of the candles to your heart's content. I will say that I was pretty impressed by how strong the candles are and how "on the nose" the scents were. They have a cupcake scent that smells exactly like fresh bakes cupcakes. How do they even do that? The girl working was friendly enough and greeted us with a "hello". The candles are fairly well priced for the size and they seemed to be having some sales on the smaller jars, so that's a good deal if you are looking for some candles.
