Dental Professionals sent us a bill for $178.00 for the sealants of 2 teeth. I checked my insurance and the pre-auth was rejected because sealants are only paid for every 2 years. We brought this up with their billing people and they are not willing to budge. The only reason I am giving Dr. Kyle 2 stars is because he is pretty good with kids. Otherwise, beware of the billing. First, there was no dental shaming with you haven't been in how long? He first took some updated photos which you can see on the flat screen TV that drops down...very cool! Next we talked about a plan to get a couple of crowns and a whitening program so my teeth will match. I've been in a few times and every time they are so pleasant and just the little extras mean a ton. He puts in Netflix while you are getting work done so you have a distraction. His office won the landscaping award with cool garden sculptures. He tries to make the environment as pleasant as possible. Pricing is reasonable and will be around $800+ for one veneer so my front smile will be perfect. They take insurance and will work with you and try to schedule so that you can get work done in different years to maximize your insurance. If you are a proclaimed "dentalphobe" like most people I highly recommend you try out Dr. Depledge.

His team here is also great. Everyone I've worked with has been very pleasant and helpful. His hygienists are especially good too. Thanh has been my hygienist here for the last year or so and she has a gentle touch and is knowledgeable, helpful, and just the right amount of scolding when I admit I haven't been flossing everyday. Worth mentioning that I first started seeing Dr Tang when I lived on that side I town. I have continue to see him after I move almost an hour away about 5 years ago. When I called and wanted the explanation of a charge that was not estimated. I was sent to the billing department. Where the lady kept talking down to me, without listening to me. We had a seven minute conversation and she started to accuse me of yelling at her which I told her I was not doing. She then placed me on a 4 minute hold. When she came back she said that the doctor was not in she talked to his Son. Who said that when I come in for my next appointment I should discuss it with The doctor. If you want your crowns to last at least 10 years and filings for more than a year, stay clear from this dental office!!!! They are crooks.
