Dr Kyle Menne's billing is sketchy. I was told by him that sealants for my daughter were going to be covered by my insurance and it was pre-authorized. Well, that was not true. Dental Professionals sent us a bill for $178.00 for the sealants of 2 teeth. I checked my insurance and the pre-auth was rejected because sealants are only paid for every 2 years. We brought this up with their billing people and they are not willing to budge. The only reason I am giving Dr. Kyle 2 stars is because he is pretty good with kids. Otherwise, beware of the billing. Dr. Kyle was absolutely incredible with my 4 year old! From his first and second cleaning to now today getting two fillings done I couldn't be happier. He explained everything and checked in on me to explain how my son was doing and next steps and options. He was thoughtful and and professional and thorough in his work. Disregard the review that is angry over not providing service when their account wasn't trued up, this place is fantastic for dental work. While I can understand their frustration, these are the policies you agreed to when requesting service in the first place (although it seems that nobody reads the fine print). But I digress... So, let's provide some insight on this place. It starts with a comfortable foyer/waiting room. A fish tank relaxes the mind (for those of you that are scared of the dentist). When you get your work done, you are greeted with kindness. The dental assistants are top notch. All the equipment here is cutting edge and there to help the excellent dentists do their work. From what I can tell, they only use non-mercury amalgam fillings, which is great for keeping you healthy and makes your smile look like you haven't even had a cavity fixed. All my questions were easily answered. They also are continually asking if you're comfortable, which is nice if you're in pain from a drill or simply that your mouth was open too long. And, if you say you need one, they give you a break to recover. This place is currently in process of expanding to about twice the size (it seems big now, but I'm used to a super small town office with only 3 chairs). They're going to bring on a pediatric dentist once the expansion is concluded, so it will be a true one stop shop for the entire family. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that my insurance makes this place out of preferred network. My 95 year old mother resides in memory care less than mile away from this Dental Professional office on Mequon Road. On Thursday, she had a crown fall off one of her eye teeth. I called in the afternoon and was told they could get her in the very next day at noon. I can't tell you how kind and accommodating they were to us when we arrived. They got us in immediately and got her settled in. Dr. Sam was so nice, he was able to glue the crown back in place and did so with care and finesse. Everyone was patient and respectful and it meant a great deal to my mom and I. Props and much thanks to the entire staff! You're the best. read more

Dr Templin and his hygienists are the best! Everyone in this office has been nothing but kind, courteous, and professional. The office itself is updated and has many of the upgrades that aren't needed, but really are nice to have. TVs are available on the ceiling with headphones while you're getting work done, which is a nice distraction. They also have TVs on the exam room walls that they can use with a small camera to show you areas of concern that they're looking at. I started coming here after a bad experience with another dentist, he has my full trust that when doing work it's actually necessary! He also does a great job with getting the bite correct! Would recommend this office to anyone read more

The office lobby and hospitality of the staff are unbeatable and that will get you in the door and put you at ease, but the quality of care will keep you coming back. As a mom of two young kids I appreciate their heart for preventative care and the way they educate patients on how to best maintain healthy teeth between visits. Just walking in the door of Dental Professionals is a positive experience. One is greeted with smiling office personal ready to help in any way possible; a comfortable waiting room beautifully decorated in soothing colors; an area for children to entertain themselves; and FISH...I do love the hugh tank and variety of fish! My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Cynthia Jakusz for about 13 years, and we could not be happier with the care and attention she has given us. She is knowledgeable, patient, kind, caring and professional in every way. We both have had some extensive work done over the years, and Dr. Jakusz is very thorough in explaining the work to be done...always being sure we understand. After going to this dentist office for years, I called with an emergency. My 10 year old son had a terrible toothache and needed to be seen right away. The receptionist told us they wouldn't see my son because our account didn't have a zero balance. We had been making regular monthly payments (of an amount that they had SET for us and agreed upon) and we had almost completely taken care of our bill, but because there was a remainder, they told us our son could not come in and see the dentist. They said if we made a "substantial payment" they would allow him to be seen. We were floored because we had been making payments faithfully. We had been paying down a rather large dental bill (over $3,000) because my husband lost his job. As a result of my husband's job loss, we lost both our medical and dental insurance. We have 4 small children and their dental health was important to us. We were hoping that they would be sympathetic to the position we were in and understand our situation. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about us or what we had been through. It was humiliating. And for them to turn away our son when he was in dire need of his dentist was despicable. We will NEVER return and will NOT recommend them to anyone. read more
