After being a patient for four years, a recent visit made it impossible for me to continue supporting this practice. During my last appointment, I saw a Black woman in the office--and it struck me that in four years, this was the very first time I had seen any semblance of diversity in your workspace. This prompted me to look closer at your environment, from the magazines provided to the imagery on the walls; the lack of representation is stark and exclusionary. Furthermore, I was deeply unsettled to find that the Office Manager brings her dog into a clinical dental setting. As someone there for a medical cleaning, I found the presence of an animal in a healthcare facility to be both unprofessional and unhygienic. As a white woman of German descent married to an African American woman, I have listened to my wife's accounts of "Sundown towns." My experience at your office recently mirrored those stories--a space that feels curated for one demographic while making others feel unwelcome or invisible. I am ashamed to have patronized an establishment that feels like a "Sundown office" for as long as I have. We will be transferring our records to a practice that prioritizes both clinical hygiene and modern, inclusive values.and DIVERSITY! read more

So I need to write an update review. Unfortunately since my five star praise, I need to change my review. They were amazing for a while, but then decided to discharge me as a patient without even calling me. I received an email through a second source official document letter. I hold a more holistic approach to dentistry now, and with those differences, they decided to close me as patient. I have been at this dentist office for 25 years. Even their front desk worker was rude to me since "I was no longer a patient" and was unwilling to answer any questions. Since I was there for 25 years, I would have expected common curtesy. If you are looking for an office that holds integrity, unfortunately I would not recommend Ridgeview Dental Group. read more

Great first visit that included a review of current dental history with Dr. Pruhs and his staff as well as as a very informative meeting of current state and for preventative practices moving forward. The office and team members were all very nice and Jen provided a very thorough cleaning with great feedback with questions asked and practices to focus on moving foward. I had healthy teeth, brushed and flossed regularly. I didn't have any issues with my teeth prior to seeing Dr. Specht. He drilled a very large filling and inadequately filled it (even another dentist commented on the "size" of the filling). As a result, the filling came loose less than two years later. This unethical approach not only causes a patient pain, but causes more issues (or more revenue and return visits). Very unhappy. read more

My family has been utilizing Ridgeview Dental for all our dental needs since moving to Wisconsin in 2015. The staff and dentists are always courteous and professional in their care delivery. I also like it that they offer various services such as adult dentistry, pediatric dentistry and orthodontics. It is nice to have the services available under one roof. Just had my first appointment, so far so good! I didn't feel rushed, the staff and Drs listened/carefully read my dental history, and accommodated my sensitive teeth. Clinic is clean, spacious and updated. I was able to get a routine cleaning and consultation about whitening and crowns in an appointments' time. Plenty of parking and fairly easy to get here driving from the northwest side of Milwaukee - preferable to downtown Milwaukee parking. read more

I've been going to Ridgeview Dental for 16 years, and I am no longer satisfied with their level of care. If it wasn't for their orthodontist, Dr. Monica, my family would be long gone. They don't have enough hygienists/dentists to accommodate patients. You have to wait weeks for an appointment. Rescheduling is a HUGE deal and highly discouraging which is a major minus for a busy family of six. As a loyal client, I'm feeling abused and taken for granted, and I'm ready to jump ship. read more
