Sometimes they write nice notes on the cup and everything. There have been a few times where I've waiting in the drive thru 10+ minutes though, which can be frustrating especially if it's not a typically busy time. The inside is clean and it's generally never too busy or loud inside to me. I recommend going on fridays for a free upsize and getting the app so you can get rewards.

I bought a few bars as well as some Lenny and Larry's cookies. I think they're the only place in Florence that carries each variety. I prefer Vitamin Shoppe over the other big-box supplement store in Florence, as the employees here aren't out to make a sale and are super helpful if you don't know what you need. The selection of bars and sports nutrition products are great- including running fuels and recovery options like protein bars. I saw quite a few bar options there that I haven't seen in other stores. They also have a nice discount cart at the front of the store with products that will expire soon (usually about a month away), so always check that too. Vitamin Shoppe also has great sales and a FREE rewards program to earn points and coupons.

The selection was bad. The produce looked bad. I couldn't find anything that I really wanted. I believe that I settled for some things, and then went to another spot to finish off my list. A couple of years ago, my mom would tell me over the phone that she stopped by there pretty frequently. When I told her that I really didn't like that store, she told me that it had changed. Last time I went to Carolina to visit, I remembered what she said. I was passing by the area, and needed to pick up some bottled water. I figured this would be the perfect time to go in, pick up some water and see what they had. I'm so glad that I decided to stop, it was a pleasant surprise! They now have a larger selection of products that I like! The produce area is stocked with fresh bottled juices and smoothies. They now have a organic area...not huge, but a nice sized one! They've done a lot of renovations to the interior. Nice and spacious..friendly staff. Awesome! That was the only time that I went while I was there...but next time it will be my first stop to shop. Harris Teeter is still my favorite spot in Florence, but I think that this particular Food Lion may have jumped up near the top of the list. And then, because we were not there to see the final product, she was kind enough to to take photographs and send them to us so that we could get a glimpse of the mounds of goodies she presented on our behalf. We are more than 100% pleased with the quality and service we received from Sweet Serenity.
