Clean bathrooms!!!!!! This is certainly a super gas station plus anything else you could want. Sandwiches were great.

This is a dream come true ! Boasting as the biggest Buc-ee's in Texas, the Katy location does not disappoint at all. The potties are up to par, there are tons of open gas pumps and the store is a super-store! If you ever need a unique gift for anyone you can probably find it here with a side of Beaver Nuggets. Plus, they have numerous drink and slushee machines that you can mix and match flavors to your heart's desire. To top it off, the staff here is helpful and friendly, as a Texan should be. Kudos to Rene working the BBQ area at the Katy Buc-ee's. My husband and I are zero carb which means we pretty much only eat meat. It had been a long day of traveling with several more hours of driving ahead of us. Neither of us had eaten for the day. Pulled into Buc-ee's, which is our go to for sliced brisket when traveling. It was a little after 9:30 pm and the bbq area was cleaned and closed. We asked at the jerky counter if we could still get a lb. of sliced brisket and we were told all we could get was chopped brisket. As we were on our way out, empty handed. Rene was taking a rack of brisket to restock the BBQ area. I asked him, "is there any way we can get a lb. of sliced brisket?" He asked his manager, pretty sure this was the same person the people working the jerky counter asked. Rene was given option of making the decision on whether or not to take care of us and thank goodness he chose to feed us. Rene showed exemplary customer service, going above and beyond all with a smile on his face. Making these two weary travelers evening a little less weary. This is by far the Best Truck Stop I have ever been to. Its just an explosion of Stuff, from clothing, to Brisket Sandwichs to Beef Jerky to Homemade Fudge & Roasted Nuts and Gas of course what you stopped for.. you could spend hours in this place. The 87 gas is horrible. It makes my engine knock every time I use it. I have a brand new truck. I went to shell and used their gas and the problem mysteriously went away. Service is good, but gas sucks. read more

I go to this Buc-ee's about 3 or 4 times a week for gas and or breakfast. Their breakfast is always fresh and hot, and the staff is super friendly. I would highly recommend this place for a once in awhile stop or a frequent stop. read more

Is there really any other option than a 5 star for the amazing Buc-ee's. if I could go to this place daily i would. Very nice car wash! The only thing I was not a fan of was the 10 minute limit on the free vacuuming! I felt very rushed. If you don't finish vacuuming in 10 minutes you have to pay $2 for additional time. I had a dress on and it was windy lol so I was vacuuming slower than usually and the count down on the timer was a bit stressful hahaha. Anyway! Something to consider when you go. Basic wash is $9 and goes up from there. read more

Hate to give a bad review to one of my favorite business. I got a car wash today and, I believe we were paced in there too close because the car behind mine hit me! twice! I did not see any damage to his car, mine had nothing major just cracked the paint on my bumper. Beware if you use the car wash. read more

Just stopped in to make sure they are open and that I can get there from my office unfortunately the road is still closed down to my office not their fault but not giving customer service when you want to buy some jerky is I spoke with Sam the assistant manager I'm sure he is a great guy Buc-ee's will do fine whether I buy from them or not but that definitely comes across when people are taking care of problems they could care less you can disappear they will still be successful it's a shame because I really enjoy Bucky's but it'll probably take them some time to get some people into this particular Buc-ee's that understand customer service read more

Seriously the worst customer service I've ever seen. Ordered some food at the screen but it didn't give the option for the add-ons I wanted... once the food was ready I asked the guy if he could add sour cream and jalapeños, I explained that I know it'll be an extra charge and that I don't mind. He called a manager over who said I could buy a side of jalapeños at the other counter... alright, that works. But then said that I won't be able to get sour cream.... I was confused they have sour cream it's not like they're out... it's such a small thing, I already explained I don't mind paying for it but the manager said she had no way to charge me for the dollop of sour cream I requested therefore there was nothing she could do.... so instead of her just putting some sour cream on my chili cheese fries she was okay taking the $45+ in food back that we were about to purchase... the manager's customer service skills are laughable and she exhibited no signs of common sense. There sign says fill up while washing, and the have a sign showing the price for gas with wash job. Drove in paid $16 for a not very good wash job and no where to get my gas. We to store and asked manager how I get my discounted gas? He said you buy it at the pump when you fill up. I told him sign does not say that. He said tuff that's the way it is and could not help me. I will use there restrooms if need be but I will never buy anything else from them. Poor customer service. False advertising. read more

After purchasing my items I was accused of stealing by the same clerk who checked me out. Not only was the accusation down right crazy when I had a receipt the clerk just handed me but she proceeded to raise her voice and yell. This isn't a great customer service technique and honestly is very inappropriate and embarrassing. Not only did she make a scene but halted all cash registers until she had a manager to assist her while she was yelling out accusations. Once the manager came to check my order and realized nothing was stolen I was motivated to be on my way. No apology was ever given and the manager never corrected the employees behavior of falsely accusing the customer, belittling and bullying also stopping the efficiency of the stores operations. Every time I stop at this location I have a problem with employees or managers. I've never had any issues with any other location. Completely unacceptable and unbelievable that the management lets the employees get away with poor behavior! read more
