Sadly I've only had horrible experiences with dentists throughout my life, so after moving to the…read morearea I took my time researching and calling around to see who gave me great vibes from the first phonecall. Dr. Goodale's office was it from the moment I first spoke to the receptionist Jessica. She was friendly, patient and easy to understand, which is really saying something these days. When I got the the office and sat down with D for my x-rays, she was very comforting and communicative, laying out everything I needed to do and checking in with me throughout to make sure I was good. Then Dr. Goodale came in with great energy and an obvious desire to 1. explain everything extremely clearly and patiently and 2. make sure I was at ease and comfortable. She did my cleaning personally and took my request seriously for caution around certain sensitive areas. She even asked if I was cool with the music they had playing. And then to top if off she gave me the best cleaning I've ever had - my teeth are prone to staining so they were looking pretty rough after a year gap between my last dentist visit. I had even been told by previous hygienists they couldn't do much about the stains. Dr. Goodale got them so white my wife was actually shocked because she had forgotten I had normal teeth. Really can't recommend this place enough I just with that all healthcare providers treated their customers with such grace and empathy, not to mentioned good old fashioned skill at their profession. Know it's tough out there but this place gives you hope that quality care can still thrive. Thank you Dr. Goodale and team!

I was very happy with the doctor and the service at the time and they really helped me out because my regular dentist was on vacation given the holiday season. However one year later the crown popped out of my mouth today. I take excellent care of my teeth, floss twice a day properly, and see my primary dentist for cleanings and x-rays. I also use other things like an interdental to keep plaque off my teeth. The crown had to be glued back in my mouth and it was basically a five minute procedure. However I was required to pay $51 and was told that this is billable. This is absolutely outrageous. The original work that was done by the dentist should not result in a crown popping out of somebody's mouth after only one year. I am very upset about being nickel and dimed in this fashion. Additionally, the front desk person intimated that it was my care of my teeth which resulted in this problem. I can't tell you how fuming mad I am about this accusation on her part. Update--they reversed the charge per the front desk person. So therefore I changed my review.

Had to use this office because they are on my dental plan and close to where I live. The dentist, Dr. Ilan, claimed he doesn't do veeneers even though I had the piece that fell off, and told me he would fix the problem with a crown. The doctor is very rough and does not have any kind of bedside manner. He filed down the tooth in question and put a temporary crown in. The first time I went back to get my permanent crown, it didn't fit correctly so they ordered a new one. The second time I went back he knocked out another of my veneers when trying, roughly I might add, to remove the temporary crown. When this happened he left the room and left the explanation of what happened to his dental assistant and office manager to explain to me. He never apologized or even tried to comfort me. So when I got upset and questioned how he was going to fix this, I was told he would glue the veneer back in. So if this was the case that he could glue it back in, why didn't he do that to the first veneer I lost instead of charging me a $250.00 co pay for a crown. I had the piece that fell off, but was told he doesn't do veneers. I left the office without my crown, plus another tooth that has to be fixed by another dentist due to his incompetence. He was rude when I left because I told him he was a sh&&&y dentist. He rudely asked what made me an expert on dentistry so I told him my mouth and the fact that he messed up a tooth that wasn't mess up to begin with.
