He acted on the same page. When I got a call back, later today, they said: They can't take my case, didn't state why. I asked why. She said: no camera footage and a risk of being held liable. I clearly stated to the case manager that there is camera footage, we just have to get it. He agreed with me. Also, I wouldn't call or have a police report, if I did think I was at fault.
