It's not like I do this every day and I had no idea what to do or what way to turn. A good friend's son is an attorney and he referred me to this firm. I went in and I met with this amazing attorney greeting me with open arms by the name of Zachary Holyoak. I went in with folders in my hands, and I list full of questions and he took the time and explained every single step away to me what it was gonna involve the good parts of it, the bad parts and yes the stressed that could come with it as well. I felt very good with these guys so I signed on. Every single thing they have told me has been accurate on the money no misleading. They've answered every phone call day, night and yes late evening. Every time I've asked Mr. Zac to come and meet or if he could meet me for a meeting or at the house he's did it. There was one incident where I was really scared because of the tenants and he literally dropped everything he was doing and changed his own personal appointment and came running. Lori confirmed that with me via text message, and I send the message on Monday to remind her, I'll be there to pick up the document next day, and today morning, I texted her again and let her know that I'm on my way... and I'm hoping I can pick up everything when I'm arrived. When I here, they told me they haven't done yet, they need another hrs, and I told them I texted everyday to remind her about that... when Lori came out she told me she forgot !!! And if I want, they can return the fee to me. I told them I want my paperwork done and this is for official use, and I request day off to get things done today, those document are not just for records only. 15 mins later she came and asked me for original document because the scan version wasn't clear enough, which mean between the time From Friday til Tuesday morning, she never looked/checked the documents. This is unacceptable and ridiculous.... You promised you'll get it done, for some reason you forgot, and you offer refund when you can not finish your job to expect nothing happened? If you can not get it done, maybe consider to send a courtesy notices to me and let me know early.
