My son and I both had appointments for today scheduled a month in advance. As you should know most dentist if not all in Oklahoma City, will not be open on weekends or they just don't do major work, might pull x-rays or cleanings but light work only. My job is very demanding and I'm with the union so we don't get paid days off or holidays. So here at "North May Family Dental" if you don't "confirm" your appointment they give it away. I called them MULTIPLE TIMES, no answer, my son and I come in and we both need some cavity work or whatever, they tell me someone is already in the chair, mind you I'm early. Our appointment was at 9 am so how is it 8:50 and someone already taken the appointment. I will never use this place of business or recommend it to anyone. What kind of business gives your scheduled appointment away because you can't answer the phone at work to "confirm" and you call them back but they don't answer. That's ridiculous. I'm a full time father, no one is helping me take care of my bills but do they care no, just try to reschedule you a month out NO I don't think so, I'll take my hard earned money somewhere else.

I got 12 aligners with instructions to contact a dentist in the okc area named Gary Moore for my permanent retainer. No contact info. Now I'm 2 months past my 12th retainer which was only a two week wear. Can't get find or ahold of any dr Gary Moore. Smile direct has gone belly up. Retainer broke and my teeth are going back to the way they were. What a waste of a lot of money. There's a special place in hell for greedy people who take advantage of others.
