Completed the online patient information document so in their words "it would speed up the check in time"[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I arrived about 10 minutes early with the guy at the counter who said " have a seat and they will call you back when they can". I should have suspected something then and there. I sat in the waiting area for over an hour. Finally, went back to the counter, same guy, says they were busy and they will get to me. A lady at the counter did say she would check for me. 10 minutes later I was called back. They took me to a room where they took pictures of my mouth, about two minutes. Then I was put in a room and told a Dr. Logan would be right with me. 15 minutes later no Dr. Logan or anyone for that matter. Terrible service. Totally unnecessary to have to wait an hour and a half for a fixed scheduled appointment. Here is the problem, after looking a past reviews my experience isn't a one off. Went to Affordable Dentures @ 3627 NW Expressway OKC to get partial dentures in Aug 2024. First round they fit horribly and had to be remade. Impressions are thing with this office. The 2nd set fit terrible and the bottom plate was floating and extremely loose while the top was so tight that they moved my teeth back. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They said wait a while and they will fit to your mouth.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Went back a month later to get an adjustment on the bottom plate and they refused.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Said I needed implants which would cost $5407. I waited to see if they would fix what they got paid for but they haven't and it has been over 8 months. This is not an office or dentist I would recommend to anyone. A professional should never rip off a patient. Save your money and go to a real professional. Affordable dentures and Implants is not a place to go for quality service. I made an appointment with Affordable Dentures and Implants at 3481 Poplar Ave. in Memphis, TN with expectations of the same professional care I had received previously with Dr. Randy Bagay, he is a wonderful dentist but no longer works at this office. To my misfortune I was being treated by Jesse McKinney, I won't use Doctor or DDS. He does not deserve the title. Jesse McKinney's behavior was both inappropriate, unprofessional and without compassion for my well-being. Jesse McKinney was dishonest and demonstrated deceptive practices. Let's start with the x-ray. The x-ray girl had no idea what she was doing (I can't call her an x-ray technician, it was obvious she was not professional) and I was popped in the mouth with a metal mouthpiece. Pulling on my jaw, the metal piece snapped up and hit me in the mouth with very hard force. The metal bracket literally bounced off my face. I cried out in pain after getting hit hard on the mouth. She turned when I cried out but, didn't even look where she hit me, she just walked away. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Much later, Jesse McKinney came into the room, I told him and the dental assistant several times that I was in severe pain. At which time both of them just kept trying to figure out the computer system[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. They were making me wait in pain while they were trying to get the computer to devise a treatment plan for future dental care! I needed this tooth out, not a sales pitch! I was so sick I spit up in the garbage can and had to run to the bathroom to vomit. I came back from the bathroom and sat back down in the dental chair. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I told both of them (McKinney and the dental assistant) I had vomited in the bathroom. He said it was because of the infection.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I told them again how much pain I was in and that I really needed to get this tooth out. At this point I've been in this chair for 3 hours! They left me there, the numbing had worn off and I finally decided to get a refund and leave. I was extremely afraid of him hurting me. So I got out of the chair and told the dental assistant that took my x-ray that I just wanted to leave. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She then proceeded to get the office manager, who came in with two other women saying I can't leave. I just needed to sit down and relax.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I told her that the numbing had worn off and I wanted to leave because I was afraid that McKinney was going to hurt me. I was crying at this point. She gave me a tissue and told me to sit back down and he would be right in. He came in and I told him I was no longer numb and I just wanted to leave. I have been here over 3 hours at this point. He said he would numb it again. He did not use the cotton numbing agent again to numb my mouth before he put the needle in the roof of my mouth twice shoving it in and it was extremely painful. I tried to get him to stop, I was grasping the arms of the chair so hard and mouthing for him to stop. He would not stop. I wanted to leave. After this he quickly grabbed his instrument and began pulling at my tooth. Shaking my entire head back and forth and up and down using brute force. He was using my jaw as leverage and was applying heavy pressure on my front bridge. Jesse McKinney had bruised my jaw bone and my bottom and top of my lips were swollen and hurting from him pushing on my mouth with aggressive shaking and pulling. It really felt my lip was cut and bleeding. He had in fact cut my mouth open on the inside not the outside of my mouth. I tried to touch his hand so he would at least stop pushing on my jaw and lower lip. He would not stop. The pressure he was applying was way to much for my jaw. I have been in this office for approximately 4 hours now. Jesse McKinney had finally finished pulling my tooth and I was getting ready to leave. I asked for the antibiotic and pain relief prescription and he said he would not write a prescription for antibiotics or pain relief. This information is absolutely paramount for patients to know when choosing a practitioner. I definitely would not have gone to this guy if I had known he was a former/current drug addict and would not be able to provide complete care for me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I did call him after a few hours of being home, to tell him I was sick and still in great pain, Jesse McKinney made himself clear that I was at his mercy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]He's the dentist and he makes my health decisions for me with no concern for anything I said or asked. No concern for my welfare[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Jesse McKinney said to me. "I am the doctor! I make the decisions! No matter what you say I will not write you any prescriptions!"[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This is what he said verbatim. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After explaining to him that I was in extreme pain and sick and that I needed him to help me. He had a little laugh when I was telling him about my pain.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]He also told me that I was only uncomfortable and not in pain! Who is this guy to gaslight me and invalidate my pain![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This Jesse McKinney is bad news. I was at his mercy. And he is void of mercy. I just went in for a consultation, 2nd opinion, for upper & lower implants. Filled out all my paperwork then called me to be seen. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The lady asked me to take off my glasses and earrings. I said no, I cannot take off my earrings.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I'm 69yo and I never get asked to take off my earrings as they are very difficult to take off & virtually impossible to get back on.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] In the past they have normally taped or bandaged them or nothing at all. The doctor himself is awesome and I felt like he took his time to listen to me and to provide the right treatment plan for my needs and budget. I am a 60 three-year-old senior citizen that lives on $917 a month from social security I was having false teeth made doctor John D fullington lied to me several times he falsified dental documents my medical records and he failed at 4 temps doing a surgery called a core neck to me I ended up going to an Earl surgeon at OU medical center and the dinosaur did it One time and repair it but because of what bullington did I have permanent and I mean permanent nerve damage I'll have to live with that Also he conned me and my girlfriend had a $460 to cause he said the dentures would not work right unless we had a temporary dinter in there until they can get the other ones made that was just a ball face liell anyway doctor fullington we'll see you in court read more

Since I had my bottom dentures made they had to replace the entire denture because of how poorly they were made now my bottom Dentures have lost five teeth on and off one tooth at a time I'd give them zero Stars if I could read more

I visited several other specialists and dentists that did implants I originally went here 5 months ago and had a couple extractions. The Doctor and staff were just ok. I went back in March 23 and the new Doctor, Dr. Andy Cheung Barbra (office manager I think) and staff were awesome!! Dr. Cheung was personable, explained every all the way through and was gentle! I wish Dr. Cheung did regular Dentistry and I would definitely use him!!! I would highly recommend! read more

Old DDS customer, after 10 years my dentures broke at the implant, I went ADI, since they bought them out. They tell me they can fix my denture for $200. I get it fixed and 10 days later it breaks at the same spot. I go back and they want to do new dentures, $2000, with nothing for the wasted $200. Okay, I go forward but they ran out of their normal impression mix and go "old" school way. I go back and they are not right, after 5 different adjustments. They tell me to just wear them a few days and come in for a final adjustment. I wear the new for 6 hours but I'm spitting and drooling when I eat, talk and drink. I never did with my old ones. I go back and again wait over an hour past my appt: time. I ask to go to a different location or get a refund. It CLEARLY states on ADI home page 100 satisfaction guarantee but they do not honor either one. I'm currently wearing my old broken ones and I do not spit or drool but they said I should expect to with the new ones. I just want a PROPERLY fitted denture like I have now or my money back and go to a place that knows what they are doing and not have patients sit for over an hour. read more

Have A temporary upper until my implants can be installed. The problem is the denture has lost two teeth in only three months. Admittedly, they repaired the dentures but I am without while I wait hours for the repair. I can only hope the permanent with be higher quality. read more

Horrible experience at this location with the dentist Christina Kim. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional. She spoke to my dad like he was stupid. Rolled her eyes and kept saying we already talked about this don't you remember. Before we went back a guy in front of us told us not to do business there because they didn't stand behind their warranty and they were rude. Sure enough that was the same experience we had. I feel extremely lucky that we didn't go through with the procedure at this location with this dentist. read more

If I could give "0" stars, I would. Dr. Kim is not only unprofessional, but extremely rude. The whole facility is fraudulent and a ripoff. The trays that they have dont fit everyone's mouth and they had to make the partial, twice. Neither unit that was made, fit properly and when it was explained that it wasn't touching the roof of his mouth, she told him, "well it looks fine to me" and refused to listen to his concerns. My husband has had to return 7 times to get a single tooth flipper made and still didn't get one that fit. We walked away after $250, completely empty handed. The office closes early, randomly or doesn't open at all. They say their hours are 8-5, but they didn't even open all day on Friday. Wasted time and money for nothing at all. Dr. Kim refused to speak to us about making the situation right and her staff seem legitimately scared of her. No one wanted to approach her with customer concerns and when one of the front desk ladies did go ask her to speak with us, she refused and said she was unavailable. I hope no one else goes here and reports her to the medical board for fraudulent practice. read more
