Rikki handled my insurance quickly, effectively, and with a smile. Then Sarah carefully went over my history and current dental issues. She did not make me feel guilty or ashamed of the length of time between dental visits. She took x-rays and did an examination showing concern and empathy for my anxieties and issues. Sarah explained the x-rays and her exam in detail, again, without showing any judgment or scorn. She then brought in Dr. Hoang. Doc Hoang was very personable and engaged. He asked questions about me as a person and answered questions I asked of him. He also asked about my dental history and acknowledged and addressed my issues my fears, anxieties, and issues. He conducted a thorough exam and explained a treatment plan. Then Rikki came back and she explained costs and options very simply and directly in a way that allowed me to manage the treatment and costs. The entire staff gave me the freedom to choose the direction and timing of my treatments. I elected to have a crown done first. Doc Hoang began right away. He and dental assistant Marcella prepped my tooth and fashioned a crown. It was pain-free! The only discomfort I felt was my own anxiety! I felt comfortable and the care was 5 star! Marcella and Doc Hoang made me feel like my comfort and dental health was the top priority. EVERYONE THAT NEEDS ANY DENTAL WORK, DOC HOANG NORTH MAY FAMILY DENTAL IS THE FIRST PLACE YOU SHOULD GO!!!!! I was able to eat pain-free the same night! As you should know most dentist if not all in Oklahoma City, will not be open on weekends or they just don't do major work, might pull x-rays or cleanings but light work only. My job is very demanding and I'm with the union so we don't get paid days off or holidays. So here at "North May Family Dental" if you don't "confirm" your appointment they give it away. I called them MULTIPLE TIMES, no answer, my son and I come in and we both need some cavity work or whatever, they tell me someone is already in the chair, mind you I'm early. Our appointment was at 9 am so how is it 8:50 and someone already taken the appointment. I will never use this place of business or recommend it to anyone. What kind of business gives your scheduled appointment away because you can't answer the phone at work to "confirm" and you call them back but they don't answer. That's ridiculous. I'm a full time father, no one is helping me take care of my bills but do they care no, just try to reschedule you a month out NO I don't think so, I'll take my hard earned money somewhere else.

Referred to Dr. David Allen @23rd street dental by my Dentist. After 5 attempts by my Dentist to…read moremake a partial dental plate with no success he asked Dr David to attempt fixing the new partial dental plate. Dr David done some grinding and adjusting on the dental plate with no success. He then suggested sending it to his lab for some additional modifications while informing me that no partial dental plates actually fit well. Well his lab returned the dental plate saying there was nothing that could be done. Now I have went 4 months with no front teeth while being told I can not get a partial dental plate that fits my mouth even though my original dental plate which I had for 50+years fit fine. Oh the reason I needed a new dental plate was because my original Dentist DESTROYED mine while attempting to make a new one. I have lived 4 months with embarrassment, stress, and anxiety leaving my house because I have no front teeth and being told I will never get another partial dental plate that will fit my mouth. So what is the point in going to a dentist for a partial dental plate if they can not make one that fits and comfortable to wear? After all this stress, anxiety, emotional distress and humiliation it's time to look at other avenues. So if you need a partial dental plate DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! CONSULT WITH AN ATTORNEY!
