Not long ago i visited Bucherer for the first time and met with Eileen and Angelo. I was informed very clearly of the process regarding registering interest in a timepiece. Both Eileen and Angelo were very professional and welcoming to answering my questions regarding the timepiece I chose to register for. Fast forward not long thereafter, I received a message from Angelo that my timepiece was ready for pickup. I met with Angelo and the entire experience was flawless. Welcome to Bucherer at Worthless, worthless because that's the kind of service you get from their sales folks. Came in to see the Rolex watches and the husky guy with the Yacht master acting like I was bothering him when I asked if anything was available at the moment. (Mind you I own a few high end watches) He reluctantly obliged, some other poor old man came in asking for a sub.. and they made him sign up for their list and didn't even offer to help him as he struggled along. The store is nice with a good number of watches but the vast majority of the Rolexes are datejusts with an occasional submariner a single yacht master rhodium and a yellow gold day date. I was honestly expecting more availability of things to try on/see. Don't expect to be able to buy anything but possibly a datejust as the majority of things are for looks only. We did not look at the Patek Phillipe side so this review doesn't encompass those components. We did end up going down the street a ways and there was another shop with more variety of Rolexes both used and new available for purchase right then and there. read more

Walked in to look at some models with intent to buy but the nasty rude pudgy salesman 5 foot dude said we only have one watch for sale a horribley ugly womens size model, Bucherer whats the point? Its now only rolex and patek and your not allowed to buy anything they are all reserved...went to my grey dealer got what i wanted in 24 hours , and guess what? Another amazing luxury experience at Bucherer Palm Beach! I received my Datejust 41mm mint green dial, fluted on jubilee yesterday....the watch is truly magnificent. The way light shines off this fine timepiece highlights the breathtaking dial. This is the second Rolex that I have purchased at this location and my sales professional Eileen Izzo is a sophisticated warm individual. She makes me feel like I'm her best client and was very willing/skilled at sizing my watch for the perfect fit. She even adjusted the Rolex GMT that I was wearing. The exceptional white glove service she provides is impactful and very much appreciated. I was welcomed by the boutique director Luis Torres with a celebratory glass of champagne and fine chocolates. Luis made me feel once again like their best client. All luxury buying experiences should be at this level but Luis and Eileen have set the bar exceptionally high for all to emulate. Its a very nice location and in a great zone unfortunately even though im very well off and can probably buy the whole building its in I was not allowed to purchase a model i wanted due to not using bucherer before ' I had to go through a dealer from CA i knew and paid a bit more than retail Anywho whats the point of this store if they dont sell or have watches it shouldnt exist id steer clear ten years ago nobody even wanted these watches and theyd sit ! read more

I have been wearing and collecting entry level (inexpensive) watches for years. I decided that it was time to step my game up a bit. I work up the street from Tourneau and stopped in on a whim on Tuesday. I was greeted by Mr Cohen (I forgot the gentlemen's first name). I asked about a specific Longines dive watch. While I am sure my selection was on the lower price end of their inventory, Mr. Cohen was sure to treat me like I was his best client. I brought my watch here to get a battery change. They gave it back to me with the back still opened. Water resistant gasket was also broken. This was my dads watch, he passed away. This was very sentimental. They treated it like absolute dirt. I do not advise dealing with these people. Terrible service. read more
