He offered to pay for the damages caused to my Gutter Helmet. This was replaced on 1/29/20 at the cost of $300. I am impressed by the customer service to handle this in a timely manner. I will now recommend Millstream to others for roofing projects, but just be aware that they might use subcontractors. I hope the company they use will learn from their past mistakes.

We called CORRIGAN and he took no responsibility but said he could redo it for $5000. We agreed reluctantly. It now exhibits substantial cracking and breaking pieces. It appears that CORRIGAN does not have any employees. Rather he seems to be a middle man, subcontracting any job he gets, while approximately doubling the subcontracting fee. This has value if he utilizes competent subcontractors. Unfortunately it was not the case in either instance. You can use Google to search for a contractor, close your eyes, point at the screen, and have a better chance of finding a competent contractor than by calling CORRIGAN. Even if you pointed at poor choice, you could repeat the process and find another contractor while likely spending less money than you paid CORRIGAN

(No disrespect to any other Masonary, I learned this is a busy season) Eric listened to my frantic rant about my chimney & asked to see some pics of the damage. After I sent them he said he would come by for a closer look ASAP & he did. He told me he would try to fit me in, & he kept his word: Within a couple of days, Eric was repairing my chimney with his crew member Sammy. They fixed issue, after issue after issue. My chimney had a lot of them. They went above & beyond & they paid attention to every detail. I am not family. I just met Eric & Sammy today. The last review must have been talking about another Eric. I found him to be transparent, extremely knowledgable & humble. Our experience with The View Roofing was the most unprofessional experience with any company we've…read moreever had. I can't fathom the positive reviews of this company. While Freddy seemed knowledgeable and was priced just below competitors, the realty was anything but. Most egregiously we were overbilled for sheets of plywood replacement after the job was over. Nobody discussed this with us during the job. Nobody would tell us what was replaced and where. We had to take photos from the underside and refuse to pay until they showed what was replaced. They never did. Then there was the damage. They damaged several of our deck posts and never repaired them as promised. They punched holes in our sheet rock ceiling. When replacing them we had to make sure they repaired the whole section (they tried to only repair part of it and paint over the other part). When repainting we were told they would paint the entire ceiling to match, then on the day they said they would only paint half then they only painted the small areas where they repaired leaving mismatched paint. We had to withhold payment and fight over a credit to cover hiring a painter. The list of minor things is long, from driving on our lawn and leaving huge tire indents, to burning a section of our grass with their equipment, leaving trash out in the yard away from the house overnight (lunch wrappers and water bottles not work debris). Dropping paint on our sidewalk (that wasn't completely cleaned), Dripping paint and spackle on our walls that left a permanent mark and leaving debris and trash behind when they left for good. All of this documented with photo and video. During all this Freddy, who was not on site most of the time, was the only person who spoke English and whom we could communicate with effectively (while the crew tried to use google translate it didn't work well). This exacerbated all the issues that we had.
