I didn't want to have to do anything because of work and my wife being pregnant so I coordinated a delivery through them where they brought all 6000 lbs. into my home, they removed all 1700 ft2 of laminate, padding, and tile from the bathrooms, and carpet on the stairs. We loved the home from the moment we walked in, it just needed some updates to really make it ours. I tip my hat to Jonathan, Robert, and the awesome team at Ray's Flooring for turning my house into a home! Work was expected to start in December 2023 or January 2024. We have not received any contact from Steve or his company since June 29th when we received a copy of the contract. Their phone is no longer accepting calls, they are not returning e-mails or FB Messenger messages, and it appears that their business office has been closed. I am hoping that they will contact me to resolve this issue and I do not have to report them to the State Licensing board and file a claim in Small Claims court.

Avoid at all costs. We had them remove linoleum in our kitchen (at least that's what they billed…read moreand we paid for. Found out after a water loss that additional damage resulted from them not removing the linoleum and just placing the laminate flooring over it. Yet they got paid and we didn't find out until it had to be pulled up. Shady. They don't stand behind their warranty either. The flooring installation in the upstairs bathroom was installed incorrectly and they didn't clean the debris from before installing. We tried to get them to fix under warranty and they claim we need to pay for their installer to come out and if he agrees it was the installer fault they'll reimburse us. This isn't how a reputable business should operate. If you're going to hire them you better watch them the entire time or they will cut corners. Spending time in small claims court wasn't how I wanted to resolve this, but since they won't do the right thing we'll have to see if a Judge agrees with us.
