Nice clothes, poor customer service. Just talked to themselves and didn't attempt to help me find what I was looking for. Happy Friday!

Buck Mason is a must visit store in SoHo. My date and I went to the Fast Times Café within the shop…read moreand got an iced blueberry rooibos tea and an iced latte which were both very delicious. The employees were very welcoming and the pricing at the café was definitely affordable compared to other spots we visited. The clothing selection was fantastic but you will have to spend a pretty penny for a stylish outfit if that's what you're looking for. They spin vinyl all day and we were in while they were playing Innervisions by Stevie Wonder, one of my all time favorites so that was a big plus. Also, let me tell you... the chairs inside the shop were COMFY - I could definitely sit in there all day. This shop gets the prestigious Wooly Throckmorton award of approval. Huzzah!

The space is cool. A cool coffee shop in front. High ceilings, with one wall entirely covered in cool books, backlit so they look even cooler. There's a cool staircase leading upstairs to even more space pumping out different cool music from the cool music being played downstairs. The staff is so cool that it's impossible to tell who actually works there, but there always seemed to be someone cool around to answer any questions I had. I spent an afternoon wandering Soho with my wife, and this was the only place I liked anything. I bought a couple of items, and although they are decently pricey, the quality seems high enough that I'm pleased. Cool.

I love the convenient location and layout (great website, too but may be iffy to order from depending on other reviews). The merchandising makes so much sense; it's visually pleasing. A plethora of home goods, accessories, and clothing that makes a statement. Basically in love with almost every t-shirt they had on the website. The 2 staff members were informative, fun to chat with, and helpful especially with fixing a jammed slot in the print machine. Sizes run large as my Small was suuuper oversized -- that's on me tho bc the gentleman I was speaking with offered to me to try it on before purchasing. Luckily, my boyfriend also loves it so it's now his. I will be back!

I spent several minutes hunting for a customer service number but could find nothing but an email based interface. I sent in the message, by this time 10 minutes after placing the order asking them to cancel the order. However, they did not read the message and respond until late in the day and by then it was too late. I am now out $54 and my husband won't get his Father's Day gift. I won't be ordering from this company again. A company that is too cheap to have a customer service phone, or to respond to emails quickly does not deserve my business.

The coffee shop is super small and I came here to try the viral Freddo Iced cappuccino. . Its a greek type of coffee. I was excited to try it. This was not really for me unfortunately. There were fruity notes in here that my palette just really did not like. I got to the coffee shop/store right when it opened and the store was already at capacity which is why I had to sign up at the door and wait for the text to say it was my turn. when it was my turn there was a musky like smell in the store and felt like I was at a speakeasy or a private members club. You are greeted when you first walk in with the site of a big car and the smell. This store is spacious so not really sure why they don't let a few more people in at a time but oh well. They have mostly mens clothes but I did I think see some woman's clothes and their accessories as well. The price point here is very high! I am glad I was able to check this out but I have no need to go back.

Weekdays are a lot more chill, so if you can swing it, I'd recommend going then. One nice thing is they have a cafe right next door, so you can grab a coffee and hang out while you wait--or you can just explore nearby and come back later. Overall, the experience is worth it if you're into their style, but be prepared for the wait.

For someone with such simple taste in clothing, accessories, products and more, I am surprisingly particular. Well, it's a good thing this shop is here. They stock virtually everything a man might need from head to toe. Hats, scarves, gloves, coats, shirts, pants, boots, belts, ties, grooming products, candles, wallets, backpacks, jackets, graphic tees I would actually think about wearing (extremely rare), and more. And what's more? All of it is tasteful, stylish, and comfortable. The phrase "well-curated" was invented to describe this place. Even the music they are playing is well-curated. Plus, the people are nice, there's a tiny Bernie figurine overseeing the return policy, and the sign outside says it's time for bourbon and sweatpants. I agree, it is time for bourbon and sweatpants (even if it is like 9 am right now).
