They (orthodontist and assistant-who was seemingly a student) acted strangely indifferent about it. The student tried to cover for herself before getting the orthodontist. I think there needs to be more transparentcy around the fact that a lot of the girls at this clinic (doing orthodontic work) are in an apprenticeship.. Meaning they are basically students. I regret coming here, it was a waste of my time and I definately feel its weird they collect so much personal info as part of a "free" consult on people who are not even clients/customers.
