Chris from billing advised she was told by the CEO MK Wright to charge payments on accounts with balances? That is FRAUD and i genuinely don't think you all understand that. Me saving my card on file for ease of payments, does not authorize you to take payments for any amount whenever you want, since i have a balance. that is not only fraud, that is illegal. I will be reporting this to the Ohio Medical Board as well as an official complaint, as this is completely illegal and fraudulent. You can have MK Wright call me back, since apparently she is the one "authorizing" her employees to run cards for amounts she picks whenever she wants. That is NOT legal and is the literal definition of fraud. The payment that you tried to take, has been reported as fraud, and I no longer wish to work with your office due to MK Wright, your CEO and her ridiculous "processes". I have been going to Serenity for therapy since 2019 and have NEVER not once had anything sent to collections and have always paid my balance in full. There has never been any issues with me paying my balance, and me taking 2-3 weeks to reply is not IGNORING Serenity Billing, I have a life and a child and as i stated, my balance is ALWAYS PAID. I have had issues in the past, confirmed and documented within my texts with my personal therapist, that MK Wright likes to try to push payments through without asking clients, and it has happened to me before. Thankfully that time, my HSA card rejected the transaction but I have multiple emails and proof showing where Serenity (Billing and or MK WRIGHT) has tried to run my card without my explicit permission. I'm not too sure why you, MK, think that you can give your employees permission to run a card that does not belong to you, but I can assure you that is illegal and fraudulent and I will be escalating this however it needs to be escalated, to make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone else that maybe can't afford for you to be running cards for random amounts without any permission.

Serenity contacted me within 2 days, and I had an appointment within a week. The others either never called back, or didn't until several weeks later. I've made progress with my counseling at Serenity. And I was so fortunate to end up with Elizabeth Gunther. Her honesty, forthrightness and obvious expertise has quickly helped me make progress with my challenges. She is absolutely awesome. I found this dermatologist strictly by chance,I was suffering from wounds on my legs and my in home…read morenurse suggested Dr. Kaffenberger to me...I asked my wound care provider if she new him and she did, I asked for a referral and she did it. When he saw my wounds he diagnosed my condition and formed a game plan, he and I worked together for 2 1/2 years and finally got it under control. While working on my wounds Alopecia came into the picture so now we are working on this issue. Dr. Kaffenberger has always been patient and attentive, I never felt rushed in any of my visits. Dr. Kaffenberger and his staff have also been very supportive and helpful, I've never had a long wait to be seen, the office is always clean. When my prescriptions are priced beyond what I can afford the office works with manufacturers to get the price within reason or at no cost to me. I was born a very freckly person and the last time I had everything checked, I was super young…read more Thankfully, my primary care provider suggested I have my moles and freckles checked, just to be safe. I have some skin issues, including cancer, in my family history so I agreed and scheduled the appointment with the referred dermatologist. Upon scheduling, I really appreciated that the staff asked whether I preferred a male or female doctor. Knowing that my entire body was going to be examined with a magnifying glass, I opted to have a female doctor. Leading up to my appointment, I received a reminder in the mail, a call, and messages in my MyChart account. Loving all that outreach! I arrived to find a giant parking lot in the back of the building, which is where I was advised to enter the office. I got there and was immediately checked in, paid my copay, and took a seat in the waiting room. It was clean (even the restroom) and at first, I was a little nervous that I'd be waiting a while. There was a good number of patients waiting to be seen. No worries though, because I was taken back to a room right on time. The nurse was super friendly and explained the process to be while confirming my medications and whatnot. After changing into a gown, the doctor and nurse came in and began my exam. It went by very quickly, everyone was very professional, and I felt comfortable from start to finish. Questions were answered, and I was told that everything looked good... what a relief! I was told that I should be checked about every two years and that they would reach out to me to schedule when the time comes. Jeez, thanks for making this so easy for me! I definitely suggest being seen here if you're in need.
