They were detailed and informative every step of the way. We bought our boat, sight unseen and headed out to pick her up. But there were surprises....Mark and Hunter! My goodness....such incredible people! We had a small hiccup with our trailer but everything came out perfectly. Hunter made us feel as if we were family and helped us get all our necessary gear for our first ever boat. Mark!! How we wish we could have brought him home for private lessons (and a day on the lake! )! He took us out on Buckeye Lake and introduced us to our new boat, no rush, took whatever time we needed. The one thing about all 4 of the men we worked with is that no one made us feel stupid for knowing very little about boating. They answered every question without judgement. Oh my goodness do not go to this gun range if you want to live to see another day. On a sunday I…read morebought an hour of range time to shoot. I don't think I lasted 20 minutes. Within that short amount of time every gun safety rule was broken by people in my shooting bay. There was a gun on the floor pointed in my direction out of the case and bag. This is a major safety issue. Next a father and son come into the bay next to me, dude starts loading bullets into a magazine behind me while the gun is on the table, case completely open. If you aren't using the weapon, leave it in the back you do not load a magazine behind the firing line with the gun exposed. I went and told the staff and they agreed with my concerns and spoke to the patrons. I appreciate how they handled the situation but it got worse. I went back to try and finish my shooting time and I kid you not..the rows to my right a guy takes the gun out of the bay window firing line area and brings it behind everyone and does something with the little shelves behind you. If you do not understand that all firearms are to be left on the bay pointed down range when not in use, you need to be kicked out. That was the final straw for me. I couldn't focus on my own practice because idiots around me continued to ignore every fire safety rule in the book. This range needs to have range safety officers immediately. Someone will get hurt here and watching camera footage is not going to save a life. Beyond insane and super dangerous.
