I have a family member who needed a wheelchair and this is the first family member who did so I was totally unfamiliar with the mechanics on the mechanics of the chair. I went to the store on a weekend and the woman who was there was very helpful. I purchased the wheelchair and some additional equipment she recommended. When I went to put the wheelchair in the car, the foot rests were still attached and I couldn't them off or close the trunk. I went back into the store to ask the employee for help in removing them. I was like talking to Mr. Hyde. Now that I had made the purchase she was rude, impatient and said in a loud voice something like "I showed you how to remove the foot rests. I'm busy and you can figure it out on your own". I turned around and left. I will never purchase anything from that store again. And this same relative will soon need a medical bed, etc. read more

I had a very good experience in obtaining compression socks from Buckeye. The product they sold me was WAY more comfortable and effective than similar ones off the shelf from a chain pharmacy. read more

Called for N95 masks they had them. Took phone order and payment. Brought them out to the car when called from their parking lot. There were people going in the store as well. Waited a bit in the parking lot. May have been short of help that day. N95's were 6.95 at that time. read more

Highly recommend avoiding this business! We were told, on the phone, they had what we needed in stock. When we arrived they did not. We were treated rudely by a woman with a bad attitude and denied access to a restroom. read more
