The thief was caught on camera & they even had a close up of his face. They phoned in the investigation and the thief was never caught. Case closed. "Sorry" is what I got from the detective. I have awful neighbors. One neighbor had 4 dogs that would bark hysterically outside 24 hours a day & night, non-stop. Speaking to my neighbor did nothing. So for 3 years I called the police & they did nothing too. Thank God he moved. One officer called me after one call, "I hear the dogs barking, your neighbors are home but they are not answering the door so I can't do anything." Such a great effort. For 5 years I've called the police about a neighbor who consistently does handy work on his front drive way at late hours 10pm to 4am. You'll hear power washer, drills, saws, generator, etc The police always pull up, roll down the window & tell him to stop. Soon as they leave my asshole neighbor starts his power tools again. Like what's the point? They don't give out tickets for disturbing the peace? They only give out tickets for speeding vehicles.

I own a car wash near the corner of Bell Rd and 43rd Ave (inside City of Phoenix). Almost every night, my business is ransacked by homeless people, dumping over trash cans and ripping the hoses off our our vacuums, in search of spare change. Many times they try to break into our building, which triggers a burglar alarm. The police NEVER show, but code enforcement charges me $96 per alarm occurrence. I've repeatedly tried to BEG for extra patrols, but when I've repeatedly called the "non-emergency" number, it rings off the hook (CALLED ~15X AND NO ONE HAS EVER ANSWERED). SINCE THEY DON'T PROVIDE ANY PROTECTION FOR CITIZENS AND SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS, THROW US A BONE AND DON'T COLLECT THESE FEES/FINES.

He was blocked in by undercover officers who asked him to walk to towards them and then he was handcuffed, following that they began a search on his truck and dismantled his truck and even had a dog search it. All of this was done on the basis that someone had just been arrested and gave out a description that fit my dads truck. He was let go but he was detained there for about 2 hours all for it to not be him and of course they found nothing. Then a female officer said "we and the dog didn't find anything, we hope to not detain you like this again" As if my dad was this big drug lord, when he's just a landscaper who was just getting off the phone with my to go heat up his lunch, he has diabetes and after the whole situation his blood pressure and blood sugar were high. This behavior just seems odd and uncalled for. I had reminded them about when I had been assaulted by a neighbor named Jamey Dougall, and his math using friend, and the attempted sexual assault by Constantin Ciocin, and the quipped back, " that happened a long time ago!" Forgetting that I was the one who was taken away in handcuffs, as if it's ordinary for victims of crimes and Sex Crimes to be the ones who are incarcerated. They know the FBI investigated the police department and the failings of what happened to protect me as a vulnerable adult who came here in search of a rare disease drug to save my life, because at Crisis, their their INTERNAL misogyny was playing DARVO: deny attack, reverse victim, offender. They told me I called them last week that I'm a repeat, caller, and that's not true, they kept telling me many things were not true, like the fact that a trustee of mine was found guilty of being "a threat to the public interest", as the FBI agent said "it's right there on the Internet!" When your survivor of rape, or survivor of a crime that Scottsdale PD did not prosecute, why is it for the Victim to have to go to therapy? Why not get Justice or should we just go out be vigilantes? At what point do we take matters into our own hands? When I moved to Scottsdale, the thing I noticed most of all was astonishing Domestic violence-- and women afraid to call for help, never seen anything like it. I remember getting to know a police officer named Shannon Zebia who told me that Scott functions in the 1950s kind of model, which quite frankly leaves women blamed for their own circumstances. My family built a home in Santa Barbara over 100 years ago, it burned down in the 70s, but Frank Lloyd Wright thought it was "one of the most beautiful places he'd ever seen". Scottsdale is a blue collar ghetto in its own way,drug, methamphetamine, human trafficking. But the streets are clean, so you think you're living in a kind of a wonderland where all of this is hidden. Within a few months, I freed a woman held against her will who is being beaten and abused, trafficked right under her own roof, but sadly I couldn't go to the Scottsdale police I had to call polaris.org and arrange with a neighbor who had a gun to get her free. I've always had good relationships with Police, they've been my allies, detectives, FBI because they thought of me as a VIP and other jurisdictions. It's been a terrible thing to not feel safe here, to know that I have to defend myself as a person with a rare and terrible illness and a muscle disease, someone who has owned many guns, but has walked a path of peace. But by the time, Crisis tells you things that are true or not true, that really is Kafkaesque, perhaps maybe Disney, Hulu, Time Warner, HBO, and all the way to platforms would not be staying sued for $100 million right now because I was the one who told the truth about those goddamn filmmakers. I will not have people tell me I'm a liar and things are not true. Certainly people who have not walked in my shoes, but I stand in judgment, thinking they know what a crisis is when they have no goddamn idea what the hell I'm going through.
