Since moving here four years ago, the police have allowed stalking, harassment, stealing from my property, trespassing and a noisy neighbor to throw insanely loud parties outside our bedroom window while my husband was going thru chemo. They refuse video evidence and literally stormed our home at 3am because some idiot they were following parked a stolen car in front of our house. They have lied to me (apparently trespassing is ok even if you have signs because you lack a fence in your front yard and its ok to break into someone's house if they believe you have property of theirs inside, both told to me by phx pd), and I'm pretty sure they have lied about me! On May 21, 2009 I was carjacked at gunpoint in Phoenix. I called 911 as my car was speeding off with the thug at the wheel. The dispatcher took all this information before dispatching the cops. They arrived about 20 minutes after this traumatic event. My information was given to them and I was told a detective would contact me. I was contacted by the detective 13 days later. I was told I would be contacted later that week or early in the week following. That has not happened yet-and I am unhappy about the treatment of ambivelence and apethy shown by this organization. Incidently, there was a cop who saw the car come out of the alley near where the incident but failed to respond to a vehicle exiting an alley adjacent to the parking lot but did not bother to stop the vehicle to see what would prompt anyone to drive the way he described. I had just relocated here from Houston, TX and find the treatment by those hired to "PROTECT and SERVE" less than acceptable. It seems that the police are more interested in stopping speeders and other non-violent crimes than protecting those who have been the victims of violent crimes. Wednesday night while attending the Trump Rally at the Phoenix Convention Center I became over heated and very faint. I was the victim of a Home Invasion that occurred in January 18th, 2013 at 4214 E Morrow Drive 85050 zip code. Phoenix not only tried to cover the fact that a home invasion occurred. They left me out of the Investigation tried down playing the charges that were filed with the Maricopa County Attorney's Office and tried calling the scene something to the Arizona Republic Newspaper.
