This Target is our go to. A down home, small town customer service store. We always find something extra on sale The pharmacy goes out of their way for us. Calls us to explain things. Calls us when medication is out of stock. The Starbucks in this store is the only one we go to. Staff are so friendly. Know us, laugh with us. At the check out stand there are three particular staff we try to go to. Chaz being our preferred staff. I have been treated with such kindness. I have my Service Dog and all the staff know us. Imagine being Target, and thinking, "We gotta hide the store so people cannot find us," and change the color of the store brown like it was a mountain. That is this Target. This store was not only hard to find, but thinks video games are neglible to carry product. Barely any games in stock, and all of their Nintendo Switch 2 games are "Game-Key Cards," so they're basically fake physical games that require download space. The only games worth buying is Cyberpunk 2077 and Donkey Kong. Even the Playstation section is notably smaller than even Nintendo's own The toys were at least packed out, the LEGOs had some cool sets when you see them all stocked that you can almost buy an entire series in one stop, which is good. read more

What a great target. I love the app and online site but what is great about the app is it tells you exactly where items are. In addition, when you buy and use app it saves the receipts from in store purchases. The staff are kind and always offer stickers to my kids. There isn't always someone there to help but you move around to another aisle you can find someone. Their art area is awesome for kids of all ages and it's fun to see the new creative arts they have when it's a holiday time, for vday they had mailboxes for kids to put their cards in, we still use it for fun and games today! They have had paint your own tick tack toe sets. Also most things at target are reasonably in price from 5-15$ which in my mind $5 is cheap for kids fun activity when all supplies comes with it. read more

We go here occasionally these days but man. They allow these oily salesmen back in the electronics dept -- usually the only staff in the electronics dept -- and they just harass customers and don't take no for an answer. They're trying to get you to change your cell phone carrier. They are not Target employees and I don't know why they're allowed to be here and make the electronics dept basically a no-fly zone if you want to avoid being harassed. Boo. read more

This is a good Target. I like how the store is clean, brightly lit and the all the shelves in all the aisles are fully stocked with fresh merchandise. Ive noticed in some grocery stores, that the dairy section was a little sparse, But not here. Eggs, milk, cheese, butter all in plentitude. Check out was fast and friendly and this location is right across from the Southwest Plaza Mall which makes for an easy transition if you need other shopping to do. read more

"UNSHOPPABLE" does not even begin to explain the current state of the Target remodel. I was crawling in my skin at how uncomfortable it was and I only lasted 20 minutes before I literally left my cart in an aisle and just had to leave. It's like crazy dark. So dark that when you walk in you feel like they had a power outage and only the generator lights are on. The new glaze on the floors makes the carts slide sideways and my children can't help but run and slide as if in a Risky Business dance contest. Target is now NSFK. I was glad to haul them out of there before they slip and cracked her head open on the floor. I can't find aaaannnnyyyytttthhhiiiinnngggg. I don't shop at Walmart, ever. And I made a list of everything I couldn't find and we are now on our way to Walmart so I can actually shop. That is flabbergasting! The isles are half their previous size. ONE person per isle at a time now. Forget about trying to pass someone or even turn th cart around in an isle... they might as well put arrows on the floor, IKEA style, to signify which way the traffic flows. I love renovating and updating to stay current with the times... but every time I come in here all I can think is "WTH are they thinking? Did they test out this idea? Run it past a couple people? Try it out IRL?" Because whoever was in charge of this project should be fired. HOW DID THEY THINK THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA? I don't know if it is because I'm overwhelmed, frustrated, cant find anything, can't see, or trying to avoid a child with a busted head and a trip to the ER... but I'm saving a ton of money! I have literally left empty handed the last 4 times I've been here. Make today 5. That is UNHEARD OF. However, I've saved approx. $1500 so far - so that's a win! The business inquisitive side of me is wondering what their current revenue is compared to before the apocalyptically design. read more

They must have recently changed their hours for self check out. I'd be okay with this if they had enough typical checkouts to compensate but they definitely don't! Me and my 4 items had to wait in the only checkout line behind people with carts full of things! It probably took an extra 15 minutes than if their self checkout was open like it always had been in the past. read more

Tonight I came in to shop & was made so uncomfortable being followed around by the workers. All of them. Suddenly every employee was in the isle I was in. Every worker made eye contact with me & my partner. I'm someone who is already precautious with the way they act in stores as to not offend anyone. But tonight made me so sick. Next time I go in, if I see the same energy coming from the workers, I will be taking pictures every time I see someone staring at me while I'm shopping & I'll be taking it to managers. I don't usually leave feedback for corporate stores, but this review is more for an individual than the corporation itself. I go to this Target all the time, and frequently I have found myself in the checkout line of a particular cashier. His name is Jack, and he is an older gentleman with snow white hair. He is most definitely a people person who places a huge emphasis on customer service and problem solving. Whenever I enter his line, he greets me with a warm smile and eye contact with a pleasant, cheerful demeanor. He makes great small talk that helps me feel welcome and comfortable. Jack needs a promotion and a raise! He's been in the checkout line for some time and certainly deserves recognition. Perfectly good Target. I came in today to pick up a baby shower gift off my friend's registry. The kiosk where you can print the item list was kind of around a corner so I didnt see it at first, but once I got there printing the thing was easy. I specifically selected for it to print only unpurchased items available at this particular location. I found what I needed in pretty sort order. I think the registry thing must not have been tracking purchases correctly, though. When my friend opened her gifts at the shower, it turned out that two other people had bought her the exact same thing I did. The store itself was fine though. Well-stocked and clean. My check out clerk was polite and ran up my payment (which included a gift card) correctly. read more

Went to this (my local Target) the day after Christmas- shopping for a Kitchen Aid mixer. They had them for $349.99, but also had a sign indicating that there were some on sale for $249.99. I asked a nearby staff person to scan the ones they had, and they were all coming up at $349.99. She then took out a little mini computer, typed something in, and told me the Riverpoint store had 2 available for the sale price. I drove 8 miles out of my way to the Riverpoint store. They had 2 of the mixers. Their staff told me they were both selling for $349.99 and that was all they had. He didn't know of any sale price. So I went to Wal Mart and bought their last one for $199.00! Screw Target. read more

I MISS TARGET! Living overseas and visited home and had to go to target! I went three times lol. Visited this one at 7am at opening - that jet lag it's a real thing. The employees are not paid enough to care on a routine transaction. If the chips are down, they kinda shut down. I had an online order that cancelled, but they never notified me. They charged me for a product they didn't have and I was never going to receive. Maybe it's a fluke, maybe it's fraud. Honestly with all their public indiscretions, I turned a blind eye. We love this Target! Tracy, the store manager has helped us on more than one occasion when needing to find a particular product. The team members there aren't as engaging as they used to be, I remember they always used to ask if you need help finding something, but they are still all very helpful if you do need help. The store is always well kept and clean, only suggestion I would have for them are like the other reviews on here...the restrooms. Every time we my wife or I have used them they've been nothing short of gross. Paper towels all over the floor, leaky faucets, clogged toilets. Reminds me of restrooms you see at a Rest Stop, not a Target. Last time we were in line and another customer complained, the supervisor of the front lanes acknowledged and apologized for her complaint, but then did nothing to fix the issue. I believe if you could get the restrooms in line it would really help! Other than that this is a great store. We love coming here! read more

This Target is my favorite. It's close by my house, which is always a bonus. I also usually go first thing on a Saturday morning, so it's quiet! I have never had the Super Target experience and really love the layout of the place; I know exactly where everything is so I can usually get in and out relatively quickly. I've never had a problem at this location! The employees have been helpful, nice, and they aren't in a rush to have a quick answer to my questions (unless they know exactly where the item is) because they take their time with a customer to give the best service they can. That's what great customer service looks like! Last night was no different, but I wanted to give a shout out to Jonathan, in electronics, who has helped me every time I go to that department. Whether it was for a movie that was showing as in stock, but not on the floor or helping me with finding the best chargers...and last night answered my questions about a universal remote control. I usually shop here and last week I spent like over $300 at the store cause I like it so much so today we went in on uncyber mendeziki had a lego that was on sale so we looked and looked asked who associates back there found the lego we wanted shelf price was $40.99 it was in 2 different shelves about 3 shelves apart from each other but both of them were $40.99 according to the shelf tag we picked it up check it out with the register came out to a $142 in some cents called the lady that was work on the registers oh I can't do anything about it she said I can't mark it down that much You have to show it to me so we went back to a picture of the counter showed her that the shelf that we got it from was loaded with the same merchandise and the price tag because oh well if you look really close right here the merchandise number When I pointed out that was the person's job who stalked herself she said you're right then they called another person and finally a lead so their answer is well will take maybe 20% off but that's I will take it's not our fault it was in the wrong place that's the 3rd time that's happened to me do not shop there they put things wherever they want and they do not honor the price read more

I used to love this Target store, but since the remodel, it has become unbearable in so many ways. Today, when I went in, I decided that I could never shop in there again! First, the music (which is a problem in itself) is so loud throughout the store that you can hardly talk to the person you are with without shouting! The lighting is very stark and glares so much that it's almost impossible to read labels. The shelving is set at angles, which means extra steps to navigate around the store and is frustrating because there are very few straight routes from one area to another. The overall atmosphere is very off-putting and no longer encourages shoppers to browse, rather it encourages a shopper to hurry up and go somewhere else! My friendly, comfortable Target sadly is no more. read more

There's a remodel going on so for the next few months this store will be a little hectic but they're remodeling the store to be like the target stores in California. If you've never seen one of those stores, they are VERY nice. If you have never been into a store that was going through a remodel I can kind of see the frustration. But you can't expect a REMODEL to have everything in the exact location you want it to be. I've been shopping in this target forever and have never had a single problem. I saved about 50 bucks a week switching to Walmart on Bowles and Alkire. It is further but at least you can find stuff. And you expect Walmart to be awful so you are surprised when it isn't. I used to do all my shopping here, like in the store two or three times a week. During the remodel I walked to the front to ask where something once and a ditch my basket for an actual cart. There was no one to answer my question, the security guard who followed me the entire trip after my walk to the front of the store wouldn't look at me or answer my question. Not sure if this was a racial thing or some other reason. F-ing wanna be punk prick! The store is darker now the floors no longer being white is really noticeable. Additionally all the little end caps you used to find amazing deals on have been moved. When shopping at other stores I no longer come back with all those mystery things I used to find at target. The bonus is it saves money! I will never shop here again and honestly aside from driving a little farther so don't regret it one bit! Thanks Target! read more

I stopped by yesterday looking for a few men's jackets. I would have probably bought an item or two, but every clothing item I looked at didn't have a price tag shown. Seriously? I looked around for at least 10 minutes and found maybe 4 items that had price tags. I'm not about to waste my time and take items to a register, just to find out how much it costs. I like target, but making prices known to customers is pretty basic when it comes to retail. All other experiences I've had at this target and other targets have been positive - which is the only reason this store gets 3 stars from me. read more

Customer service at its finest! Target's computer systems went down on Tuesday and this location stepped up to the task. They communicated with customers at the door, served Starbucks samples for those waiting for the computers to come back up and served each customer as if it was their first time in a Target get store. I Love this target, it's close to my house and right behind the mall so it's easy to find. Never too busy and they have a grocery store and Starbucks inside as well. They have a huge selection of clothes and I even got a swim suit for $14!!! read more

Amanda took our pictures, and I am really happy with them. She was trying to get a picture of my young daughter by herself, and my daughter was being silly. She ran around, sat on the floor, looked up, and smile. And Amanda captured it. I love, LOVE that photo. She worked well with my preschool aged son, too. Our photos turned out really well, and we didn't have a hassle with using the groupon for them. We waited until the last minute to use it, although we learned during our appointment that they had extended the offer. The reason I gave the studio four stars instead of five is because of them missing my photo delivery promise date. When I did receive my pictures, the manager gave me the additional proofs they try to sell for free. I felt that was fair and I appreciate the gesture. Because the manager handled the situation well, we will definitely schedule another appointment here when we need to have our photos taken. I would recommend them to other people looking to have photos done. read more

I bought something online and to make a long story short the customer service I got through email and over the phone was frustrating and not helpful. A friend suggested I go into a store and talk to a manager so I chose my local target (this one) and was really impressed by the wonderful customer service. The team member Vickie didnt even need me to show her the emails of my canceled order and the back and forth between online personnel. She brought out an ipad looked up my canceled order offered to get my item and fix the problem for me. VERY professional, fast, efficient and friendly. Some of the best service I have ever received. The store is always very clean and the staff is very friendly. Lots of parking and 2 entrances makes it very convenient. I am very thankful this store changed my mind about being unhappy with target. Always a clean store with good customer service. I have always found things to be in order and plenty of selection to choose from whether it be clothing, cards, household, or food / grocery items. What I find the most appealing about the store is the fact that whether you are looking at brand new stock, clearance / sale items there always seems to be a neat and orderly presentation. I realize that this is largely in part due to the fact that the employees seem to actually do their jobs. and I have not encountered anyone who was grumpy or discontent about doing their jobs. This is true whether it is holiday season or just everyday. I really do enjoy the shopping experience at this particular Super Target store location. read more

This Target is actually a really good Target. They have an exceptional food section and is laid out nicely. It does get quite busy on the weekends with all the suburban couples on a day out to the local target. Plus on Sundays they have the free sample people. So busy busy.
