I really like their tanks to wear under other things and their comfy lounge pants in an array of colors and designs. The one thing that has never changed at Old Navy is that there are so many employees walking around the store and visible, but once a customer gets to the check out, there is always just two cashiers checking people out with a long line of people just waiting. Sometimes, they will call for back up, but why? As business people, you know the flow of the store and you know there is and will be a line. The cashier to customer ratio does not make any sense! As long as I have been shopping at old Navy, this is the case. It's even been a topic for fodder in movies. This truly negatively impacts the whole shopping experience. Shipping is free to your home without having a minimum purchase amount! They offer free catalog returns to the store too! I wish there was more selection of men's jeans, flannel/fleece lined pants, women's petite clothing, accessories, and outerwear. I'm hoping in time more will come!
