He also helped out my husband out with an exchange. We had gone to a previous 5.11 at a different location and the other associate gave some recommendations for our exchange issue on his pants. These did not remedy the issue and actually made it slightly worse. Not totally his fault, as he was just trying to help out. But all in all, super happy with our experience today. Mark absolutely saved it for myself and my husband, 100%. He was eager to help, personable, had great product knowledge, and efficient!
