The power of Yelp reviews to the rescue! Our daughter fell asleep on I-68 driving back to college. Her car was totaled and we were two hours away. I cannot thank Dan and his wife for making sure her car was towed and--more importantly--that she was driven to a safe place for us to pick her up. There is no more helpless feeling for a parent than to have your child alone and hurting. They stepped in to ease her (and our!) concerns and ensure she was ok. You are in good hands with Buckley's! These guys are awesome!! My kids and I went out to eat one evening At Applebees and I made the unfortunate mistake of leaving my keys in the car. It was a Sunday and I was worried that we wouldn't find help easily. I called Buckley's and the woman said "sure we can help" "just give us about ten minutes and we'll be there." I was amazed as well as grateful that they could respond so quickly. Sure enough, about 15 minutes later, Derek pulls up. This young man was very friendly and professional. Within 5 minutes he has the door open and I was able to grab my keys and wallet. Derek also gave me the advice to have my car insurance reimburse me for the fee, it hadn't even crossed my mind until then. Overall, just a great job by Buckley's Towing. My vehicle bit the dust while towing a U-Haul trailer from WV to Philly. I called Buckley's and Jim promptly showed up, loaded my vehicle AND hooked up our U-Haul and brought us in to town. The towing company owners hosted us for the afternoon and helped us figure out how to get back on the road by early evening. My wife and I were traveling to Johnstown from NC for Christmas and had to call roadside assistance. When the first towing company left us sitting on the side of the road for over an hour Jim from Buckley's Towing came to our location in less than 30 minutes and drove us to Johnstown, Pa. My car broke down and left me stranded on I 68 at 3 am, in the middle of an ice storm. The gentleman that brought the tow truck was very kind and considerate. He had me wait in the safety and warmth of his truck, while he quickly and efficiently loaded my car, made assurances to the officer that stopped and informed my husband were are car would be taken. read more
