He stopped by to take a look at our floors, and although polite, seemed to be in a hurry. Upon leaving he committed to providing us with an estimate shortly thereafter. I followed up one week later via text; no response. Ten days after that, I sent another text; again, no response. Ghosting a potential client is extremely unprofessional! If he was too busy to take on a job, there is a way to elegantly handle that response. I would be very wary of hiring Sami for a renovation project because I feel he is both unserious and disrespectful of a potential new client.

She took measurements and photos, and said they would be able to do it all, no problem. Unfortunately it has been nearly a month since we have heard anything about an estimate. We texted the estimator. Nothing. We called and a receptionist said someone would call us back. Then, nothing. The sad part is that if the work had been done satisfactorily, we would have had more projects for them. Instead, we now could not possibly recommend them to anyone. I don't understand what these contractors are thinking. If you are too busy or have some other reason for not moving forward, say so instead of wasting the homeowner's time.
