I took a damaged sprinter van to Bucks and it was a complicated repair as a custom pleasureway running board had to be special ordered. Due to the long lead time on the running board piece and my extensive travel plans I opted to pick up the vehicle without those repairs. Buck's did an excellent job of addressing the damaged rear doors and I couldn't have been happier with the look. As it turned out, I was out of the area for 3 years and checked in on the running board part from time to time. Buck's kept the parts on shelf for me until my return to Sonora and followed through to schedule and finish that part of the job. Results are excellent and I admire the professionalism and courtesy displayed by this team to deliver the complete solution through challenging circumstances. When I crashed my 2010 Outback I was worried that it would be totaled. I worked with AAA and Buck's to save the car. When I drove it into Buck's for an estimate the side of the car was badly damaged. Ross and Bill were quick to offer not only the estimate but also the were concerned to protect the damaged car from the rain. They helped me secure a rental car and then tucked my Subaru away out of the rain so that rainwater would not damage it. Shortly thereafter as I drove the rental home there was an absolut deluge of rain! So, we had a bit of a woopsie this weekend and kinda tore the front fender off our Jeep. Fortunately, neither the fender nor the body were damaged (I guess there's an upside to plastic) and it just needed to be re-attached. I went on line and found that to fix it myself would be relatively simple except that I would have to buy a special tool and parts. I called Bucks on a whim to see if they could repair it and how much, and get this... $20!! It took less than a half hour and they had it all back to new! I had called a couple other places too and they were wanting well over $100 for the same thing. Next time I have a woopsie (lets face it, I'm sure there will be a next time) and am in need of body work I will definitely be going back to Bucks! read more

I took my car to Bucks for a repair ... The repair looks great and the price was good ... The only thing I can caution consumers about when using Bucks is to record your mileage ... I had a half tank of gas when I dropped off my car and when I picked up my car a week later, my tank EMPTY light was on and I had 123 extra miles on the odometer ... Bucks auto has to be the worst place I have ever gone to. They had my car for over 3 months, they also told me my car would be ready on this day, made arrangements for a ride for my car not to be ready for another 3 weeks. Very unpleased with this company and the way they handled everything. Worse experience of my life. Would never recommend anyone. read more

This shop would be excellent IF they took pride in each car they worked on. They accept WAY too many jobs at the same time, causing them to rush the quality of their work. Bottom line is if you care more about the quality of your car than the time your car will be out of commission I DO NOT recommend this shop! And if you go here, be prepared to possibly return and even return again to have them redo things they messed up on. read more

I took a 2014 Prius in for an estimate. There was a small dent in the front beneath the bumper. This was pushing a piece down and was a clearance problem. I had taken it to another place, told them I was paying for the repair myself. The other place quoted me $1400. At Buck's the guy said, we can replace everything and paint it or we can just pull it off and heat it and bang it out. They did, and it only cost me $120. It looks just fine and we saved over $1000 by taking it to Buck's. These guys are real people with real talents and common sense. I am so glad I went to them. read more

My husband and I took my 2019 Subaru to Bucks for a repair around the top of the window..We received an estimate (did not want to use insurance) for a cash price... We went to pick it up and they missed a scratch on the frame. I showed the man the scratch where they missed..He said we got what we paid for.. And than he called Bill the owner..Bill came and he said more of the same thing that we only paid for the top of the frame to be painted...That was not true, the damage was most of the way down...WE had a argument about the repair and he said to get the hell out of there and threw my keys at me...My husband went in to get a receipt, Because we had already paid for bill with a check. so,I went into Bucks body shop for an estimate to have my car painted-paint was pealing off pretty bad-no body damage-a rather large fellow came out to the car & immediately said $5000.00 to paint car-yes you read it correct-$5000.00 to paint car !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wow-5 grand to paint the car - amazing-all I could do was look at him & seriously try to resist laughing in his face-wow-5g's- maybe I forgot to tell him I did not want gold leaf-ha ha -wow-5g's to paint the car-I just can't stop laughing-oh yea its a 4 door nissan altima-wow 5g's to paint car with no body damage-wow.oh yea I forgot to tell him my name was not "mr bendmeover"-5g's-holy crap man. oh-he was very serious & polite to his credit read more

They may have taken longer than I expected, but I don't know how long auto body work is supposed to take. They did a great job and took time with my car, they also polished up the headlights which were very cloudy - no one asked them to do that - and they washed the car. I hit a deer on Highway 120 near Don Pedro Lake The whole right fender was peeled back and all the underneath of the fender was either gone or smashed. My son recommended Bucks Auto Body to have my car repaired. The manager Bubba was extremely nice and we took the car there. His estimate of 3 to 4 weeks was right on, communications with Bucks was excellent and the work was spectacular. The car looked brand new. I had severe damage on my 2016 Nissan Rogue. I picked Buck's initially because it's my deceased step-dad's name & was on my insurance's list of places to go. Everyone I had contact with, from the office to the shop, was courteous, friendly and respectful. They were upfront with how long it would take to fix-they were actually done before that date. When I got the car back, the ride was smoother than I EVER remember it being! And it looked perfect! Then, something came loose. It was late and they were already closed, but I saw someone inside, knocked, and they came to see what I needed (instead of just saying they were closed). The guy was right on it (instead of having me come back tomorrow) and got the clips needed to fix it and was done in about 5 minutes. Without coming across with judgement or an attitude, he showed me proof it was my fault (it totally was) and reminded me to be careful. I appreciated that treatment!
