Our realtor told us the inspection would take about two hours. He was there for over four hours. He rearranged items all over the house and did not put things back in place. He literally threw kitchen towels on the floor. He removed items from closets and did not replace them. If that's impossible, then take plenty of pictures ahead of time so you have proof of what your house looks like before he arrives.
